HR is not responding for mails. Phone number updated in the website is temporarily out of service. How we will reach the company ? . Whether the company exists or not. Its a big question mark.

    I am ex-employee of Lera technology . Requesting for skillset from Lera for more than a month which is mandatory for PR process. HR to whom i have mailed is not all responding for my mails. Also mailed to [protected]@lera.us . No response yet. The company didn't provide me the final settlement also. I have requested many times and ignored asking for it . Atleast now, as a responsible concern should provide the requested letter for the employees. HR is responding to my registered personal mail but when i mailed from my another mail ID, they are responding. But after realising its me, They stopped responding to my mail.

      I am ex-employee of lera, Trying to get the skill set letter for australia PR process. Tried reaching to HR of LERA, he is not at all responding my personal mail which is registered in their database. I struggling for moerthan a month. Kindly sort out my concern.

        Mr. Shanthi/Murali, Lera Technologies is one of the worst company that i have seen in my life. Frankly to speak about the first person new HR of the upcoming level 5 company Lera Technologies. Sorry if there is any level 6 we can also call it as level 6.About HR PxxxxA new HR of lera.PxxxxA if you don't mind may I know your qualification for the post of HR? A degree pursuing candidate is a HR of Lera? .Friends you can understand the standard's what they are maintaining .There are many highly talented persons with MBA from top most colleges doing other works.Coming to PxxxxA from front office to HR with in span of 6months.Phani do you consider the employee performance or anything else. Each and every employee knows what you are doing in the office .Even the management knows it. PxxxxA doesn’t know even roles and responsibilities of HR .Leraites do you think does she apt for that position? There is no F&F for the employees who left the organisation? Spoils the employee career during background check, what you are gaining from it? Spoiling life of employees. Coming to Business Development team you people are very talented, but my sincere and humble request doesn’t post about company in a positive way for Murali’s (CEO) force or torture to post about the company in various sites. Lastly treat the employees as employees not have bounded labour or slaves. Please don’t join this organization.I feel waste of my time in posting about the company but I feel little responsible for new joinees.. Yours faithfully This is the Truth You have to Trust.

          This is not a complaint. Just this is a information of fact.
          There are some ex-employees who got their F&F also.

          Where there was no any information regarding that.

          Know that fact..Full till.. the Final..what happend and what is happening..

          If can't do a good thing, at least don't harm or hurt.

            Employees Harassment.

            Dear Sir,

            Employees in this company has been badly harassed, not been paid salaries on time, Full & Final settlements not paid to employees who left the company, spoils employee back check verification, talks in very manner less with female employees. Never allows employees to work properly in the company. He is spoiling entire atmosphere of the company.

            We are facing this problem since 5years, we request...
