As per the discussion I had with Aditya (Escalation Manager, Future Bazaar), they are supposed to ship the order by 28-Jun-11. He also promised to call me and inform about the shipment when done, till it reaches me.
Now, I was expecting Aditya Pathak to inform me about the shipment of the order today. It is 6:20PM now and still not got any information on the shipment of the order.
It is proved that Aditya was just giving some false promises to buy time. It is me who has to be ashamed for dealing with such fradulent shopping site. I am not going to leave these guys and I am already talking with my friend (who is a lawyer) to see how I can drag these guys to consumer court.

I called Aditya on 29th June and asked him about the order. He told me that the order has been shipped (but I did not receive any SMS on my mobile) and it will be available in 3 days time.
Finally, on 30th June, I received the order. The product is in good condition too.
I thank Aditya for delivering the product as he had promised.

No way to find what happened to my order
I have to say that your shopping site is one of the worst in its kind. I bought 16 pen Drive online on 12-Aug-2011(Order ID: [protected]). Till now, I have not received the product. I called the call center number three times to enquire about the order and they said it is still shows "Under Process". That means it has not even shipped. May I know what the hell you are doing with my money without even shipping it in 7 'working' days?
The call center guy asked me to dial the same number but press option 3 for complaint.
When I do that, it is taking me a ride for 10 minutes asking me to wait - surprise that everytime I call, it tells me that I am No.4 in queue. I think you have programmed it in such a way to discourage your users to log complaints. After 10 minutes, I am getting disconnected. I tried thrice and same result.
And your web site is as slow as your order process - my browser just gives up after some time, trying endlessly to retrieve something from your server.
I am not too keen on shopping in your site anymore. But I want my money back. If you are not going to give my money back, I have no other option but to take legal action against you.
If you are having a shopping site which is not working, a call center number that takes users patience to no ends and a stupid order process mechanism, why the hell you are in business. Please shut your shop and look elsewhere.

Your call centre experience is exactly same as I have gone through. They have decided that number 4 is lucky for them, thats why we keep hearing that number.
You can contact Mr. Aditya of FutureBazaar to lodge a complaint directly to him. I did the same and I got my watch delivered - only thing is it has stopped working for no reason :)

Also, I would suggest that you put your complaint as a new complaint, rather than replying to mine, because it may go unnoticed.
