I placed an order on futurebazaar.com using my creditcard but got no response for a week, when I asked them for the status, they suggested me to submit credit card copy but they never bothered to email or call me to submit and asked only when I called up them.

I called up again after submitting required documents to [protected]@futurebazaar.com, the customer support said that unless it is forwarded to [protected]@futurebazaar.com , they will not be able to help and have to wait until their so called verification team approves the transaction. It is 10 day since I placed the order and I am waiting for the order status to be changed from “Awaiting Customer Verification” to Processed or something. Interesting thing is that another order placed for the same item right after my order has been delivered. How come they guarantee 7 day delivery?

Point to highlight is if they really want to confirm genuineness of the transaction, they should have called up or email me and I would have supplied them with required information, but it never happened. I am chasing them on call and email as it is my money and order in question, really pathetic.

I doubt if they have the stock for the item in order! It will become easy for them to cancel the order and refund everything back on the name of verification process failure.

This is with reference to your order number [protected] placed on Futurebazaar.com for '40 Quantities of Big Bazaar Gift Vouchers'.

As per the telephonic conversation with our Customer Service Executive on 12th April 2010, we confirm having informed that the Order was under verification and requested you to send the required documents.

Regret to mention that the documents were not received at our end till 23th April 2010 and hence the order was cancelled. The amount against the said order was only blocked on the credit card and not charged. Please be assured that there will be no amount levied on your credit card against the said order.

We are sorry for the not so pleasant experience you had and would like to get in touch with you and resolve the concerns that you have raised.

We were unable to contact you on the numbers mentioned and the email address provided against the Order, request you to revert back with the contact details so that we can discuss the same.
