[Resolved]  Futurebazaar — Product Not Dispatched.

Hi,

This is Koustav Roy from Garia, Kolkata. I was placed 5 order in Futurebazaar.com on 7th of this months and Order numbers are [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and [protected]. I had already made full payment for all the product. and that time i was shown that within 14th September the all product will be delivered. Today is 13th Still all of my product yet not being dispatch. Every time when i was calling i was entertained with a new story like... 1st-- Warehouse Migration,,, Then 2nd-- Heavy Rain In Mumbai,,,again 3rd-- Unavoidable reason.

So Sir I want to make a complaint in court against them for that, they never being thought to inform customer for this every time i need to be called customer care they assured me that i will get call back with in 30 min from senior but never get that. To day i was spoke with Ms. Srigupta and she promise me that i will get arranged for call back with in 10 to 10.30 but not get that. Its a very good type of cheated business is going on in future bazaar.Please help me to get my product ASAP.

I Already send a mail to you regarding that and i think you have my contact number because in Order every thing is mentioned, please don't reply with silly question like my contact details. And what is your service at customer care every day i was called up and they are in form it will take 5 more days to dispatch. continuously 4 day they are given me the same response. so i dont know when your 5 days will come. I also have all written mail document where one of your executive is written that i will get the product with in the time line. But time line is over still you are not able to dispatch. I already paid full amount in advance and you are block my money. Now i need compensate from future bazaar for that. Reply me ASAP.
