[Resolved]  Gajanana Enterprises, Indane Gas Distributor, #308, 4th Block, Koramangala, Bangalore — Extra charge taken during delivery of LPG cylinder

My self V kishore i have got transfer from Bangalore to Hyderabad and bought my family to hyderabad.and i have applied for the gas Near by house at sanath Nagar. ( Indane Gas -Sampally Gas Agency, Sanath Nagar, Near Gokal Theater, Hyderabad) They Have taken 1 month to verification of my address, After going to agency more than 5 times, submission of all documents including my Owner Id Proof. they have waited for more than 7 hours in their office. shouting at me for asking the gas at earliest. Finally they gave Delivery token that once gas comes to your home you should submit the same token for our delivery boy. all ready four days passed no delivery boy come to my home for gas delivery.

If we call for Lan No[protected] No responce.

kindly do the needful at the earliest.

I am also one of the Indane Gas consumer. I completely agree for this above complaint against Gajanana Enterprises.
All the people in the store are arrogant and when i said i will raise a complaint they said you are not even our consumer yet, so no one will listen to you. I hope there is a agency to check these kind of buggers from harassing people like us. Please let me know if you guys are ready for a protest. I am in for any kind of protest/ consumer forum complaint against these guys.


Please try to help public to avoid such problems for basic needs of life.

Gajanana, Koramangala is not prtompt and drivers are deciding when to deliver the cylinders at their own convenience. Today, one driver came to deliver cylinder and my son was alone. He was asking about a "Book". A book was not issued to us by Gajanana. The driver flew away, in spite of my son connected him over phone. He doesn't want to listen anything. He just want to harass the customer, ultimately Gajanana is responsible for their driver's mis conduct. Finally, we customers are fooled and no cylinder is delivered.

I completely agree with the above comments. The staff is arrogant and incompetent. They made me wait three months and make umpteen trips to their office just to transfer the connection. One of the worst gas agencies ever!!

I have booked cylinder on Dec 20th 2014, today date is 8th Jan 2014, so far i have not received the cylinder.Its more than 18 days gone. I got notification in my mobile like "your cylinder has been delivered shortly" this was happened on 5 days back. So far there is no response from there side.Just now i shifted my service here, when i am checking the address for Gajanana Enterprise in Google, i am able to see lots of compliant register agiants this. I don't why still concerned team is not taking action against this. Do proper service otherwise shut-down and do some other business. I hope you will not tart Pizz delivery...
