The Local Gas Agencies such as agencies of Bharat , Indane, HP they send the delivery boys along with Bill. Usually the delivery is during times like 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM when there are no Males in the home and usually its Ladies or old people so the delivery boys when deliver the cylinders and collect the bill value do not provide the balance. For Instance if the bill is amounting to Rs 343 and when we pay them Rs350 they either provide balance of Rs 10 or do not give any balance.
The Highlight is that during Diwali festivals they are demanding for Rs 20 - Rs 50 based on the class of the people. Hope some due course of action can be taken like the customer can pay the amount online or pay with the agency directly.
Even today at vadavalli - CBE-41 I noticed a delivery person fighting with one of the customer demanding for Diwali money. The GAS co was INDANE. Was this information helpful? | 
Gas Agencies — Forcing to buy Appliances
Hi Gas Agencies (Experience in South Chennai, but heared its there almost everywhere) are focing the new connection takers to buy kitchen appliances like Cookey/Gas Stove etc. If we deny they cause trouble in giving us the new connection. Need concerned authorities to act on this.
