I read the news two months back in DinaThanthi (tamil) that there is no need of paying extra money yo delivery people to deliver gas cylinders. But that ain't come in process. Still we are paying delivery charges for gas cylinders (delivery charges do not contain any bill). Please kindly raise this issue again. Regards Mahaveer...

Hi,
We have transfered gas connection from Nellore dist. to sompeta mandal, srikakulam dist. When we went to gas agencies to get our transfered gas connection, they forced us to buy new kitchen appliances from them. We refused to buy kitchen appliance since we dont have enough money and moreover doesnot needed.
They replied that if we donot purchased these products, we wont get Gas connection.

The Local Gas Agencies such as agencies of Bharat , Indane, HP they send the delivery boys along with Bill. Usually the delivery is during times like 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM when there are no Males in the home and usually its Ladies or old people so the delivery boys when deliver the cylinders and collect the bill value do not provide the balance. For Instance if the bill is amounting to Rs 343 and when we pay them Rs350...
