[Resolved] Gas Cylinder — delay in booking of gas cylinder. | |
My customer No: 10644, resident of HEMU NAGAR, BILASPUR, (CG) Dealer is SAI GAS AGENCY, VYAPAR VIHAR, BILASPUR (CG), The above mentioned agency do not accept calls for booking of cylinder before completion of 21 days post delivery of a cylinder cyting your company rules.As a matter of fact the collector of BILASPUR had stated in newspaper that there is no such rule regarding booking of gas. Either you/the concerned authority take action against this misconduct or I will be forced to take this matter to court of law against the agency as well as the INDANE GAS CO. The 21 days is restriction is implimented by the OIL companies only and not by the dstributor. If 21 days
restriction is removed you wont get gas even after 40days because the people who misuse the gas will take the benifit of it and take the gas refill frequently. More over it is a susidy product and the oil companies pressurise the distributors not sell lpg easily and they give less supplies to gas agencies. If a coustmer needs more gas he can go for lpg which is not subsidised, he can take the cylinder every day.
