[Resolved]  Gas Cylinder — Refill Cylinder

We have gas connection from Sikka gas, Faridabad, Booking No is 620048, There phone is always engaged and whenever we are lucky to get phone connected, booking clerk standard reply is 'there is no power so our computers are not working, i will note your booking 'but even after 10 days on noting down request to supply refil it is not delivered, It seems phone booking has become mockery, Will HP Gas advise there agent to supply Refils timely and to respect there customers, I dont think for HP Gas Customer satisfaction has no meaning.
