i booked 2boxes+1bike from mumbai to air force srinagar on 04 nov 09. which was promised to be delivered in one week,even after two weeks they are even unable to tell where my luggage is . and for every day they have new fake ideas as :concerned person is not available/call u later/may take more time.
these all have made me feel that my luggage is missing.
