missing baggage, stealing luggages, money

My bag which contains valuabes has been missed by this packers and movers. Inspite of saying that the red color american tourister bag containing 20sarees and some gold ornaments they are not at all considering. There can easily track it but not at all willing to do. This guy who while before providing services was so genuine but after the services is like don't care attitude. Seriously don't opt this packers.[protected]

delay in delivery damaged items and bill not received

I have booked my households items from Noida sector 78 to Wagholi Pune on 9 July 2018 by Gati home Packers and movers and at the time of booking they told me to deliver my items within 3-4 days but they deliver after 7 days and most of the items are missing. When I called them they told me that remaining items will deliver next 3-4 days but almost week past and they are still saying that it will deliver tomorrow, tomorrow and so on. I have paid them for single time delivery but they delivered it in 2 slots. When I was catching up these guys they stopped to take my call.Damaged the fridge all plants pots are broken and didn't deliver to me. I was charged for goods insurance but didn't get any help from these guys. At the time of loading they made bill with wrong name when I asked them they said we will correct the bill and send you but still no response so far.I need correct bill to get reimbursement from my company.

Non delivery of goods and trying to extort more money.

Gati Movers and Packers of Mumbai branch agreed on delivering the goods from Mumbai to Hubli, Karnataka @ 7500 incl of taxes and have given me the receipt and other documents for the same. They packed and picked up the goods on 17/06/2014. But on 18/06/2014, Mr. Rishal called me demanding for additional Rs. 7000 and stating that if I don't pay the extra amount, he won't deliver the material.
This entire behavior and conversation just goes to show their kind of functioning and service level they have. Instead of providing services, they have gotten down to arm twisting and threatening.
There is a complete lack of honesty and trust based on which I handed over the material and made the payment to them. This company has broken that trust and had instilled great fear in my mind. I am worried about my goods being stolen and complete loss of money paid to them for safe delivery of goods.
Gati Movers and Packers are holding me at ransom for no reason.

DAMAGE OF PRODUCTS AND MISSING ITEMS IN TRANSPORT
Dear People:
I am another victim of Gati Home Packers and Movers, but I feel that I have been affected soo much because of these guyz compared to others. I have booked my things from New Delhi to Coimbatore on 18th February and to anyone's surprise I received the things only on 10th of March that too after repeated calls to those people. Finally, all things in pretty bad shape, most things are damaged, almost all carton boxes packed were damaged and tampered, missing things include even used SLIPPERS cant imagine what type of employees are there for them and inverter battery, kitchen items, etc., and after all such happenings there is not even single repentence in their part and we have made umpteen number of calls to the so-called owners, it is so-called because nobody accepts that is they are the heads, all say they are only employees. I have lost almost 25000/- just in this transit and still waiting for them to respond. Real hopeless people and totally agonized by the way the fellows are replying.

Best avoid Gati Home Packers & Movers
As is the case with so many other complaints before mine, they not only failed to deliver my package of 6 cartons on time, they made me run from pillar to post for more than a month without any specific answers about where exactly my goods were. Here are things to beware of:
1. There is no consignment number - just a random bill number, which even police refuse to admit as any tangible grounds for a complaint.
2. There are no terms & conditions in your bill, which make prosecution very hard.
3. Cops in Navi Mumbai are clearly in on this scam - they simply refuse to act against this bunch of crooks, even after the company admits to delays & negligence.
4. If you take out insurance against your goods, pls ask for a receipt immediately as you pay the money...these guys will otherwise just pocket that money & sit on their happy haunches.
There is no real point in trying to follow up with Sanjay Kumar or Baljeet Singh or Vikas Kumar...I doubt very much that these are their real names. These guys don't run their own trucks, so they just wait to find another trucker willing to move the goods...the unfortunate part is that they owe money for such past movements to a lot of truckers. In my case, Sangam Packers got conned into it & even they havent been paid by Gati, to the best of my knowledge.
I had to track it all down & it was back-breaking work....best avoid using Gati Home Packers & Movers!

dealying and missing
As i was moving to mexico so i have to give all my house hold items to gati movers and packers
which is located at sanpadamumbai. All my items were kept in the ware house in mumbai dated november 3 .2009 and till now i am not able to get my insurance papers.theu have taken 18500 rs to keep all my household items in warehouse of sanpada for 6 monthsand it has benn around 16 days they are neithyer picking up the call nor responding to the sms. And the guy named SANJAY AND VIKASH seems to be cheating all the customers including me .I have submitted this complaint in order you should take strict actions against the gati home packers and movers.

Mishandling of our Deep Freezer.
We had a horrible experience with Gati Home Packers & Movers, Kamothe, Navi mumbai.
Mr. Baljith Singh, had called me after I had enquired with Sulekha.com and initially he sounded very honest & genuine but upon using his services here are the few points I would like to list
1)He is not a direct Transport fellow & uses third party transport to do business on commission.
2) He is a rogue & Cheat who is out to cheat people and make money.
3)He had initially promised us to deliver our Freezer the next day but delivered it after 3 days in such a condition that our Customer refused to take the same on seeing the damage caused at the bottom of the Freezer due to mishandling during loading and unloading of the freezer after it was loaded at JNPT Port, Navi Mumbai.
3)Initially we had agreed upon Rs3500/- for delivering upto Ahmedabad, later he asked for another RS 2000/- for delivering it from Ahmedabad to Moraiya (which falls inside Ahmedabad Municpality location). We agreed on this too since we had to deliver the shipment urgently.
4) As the Customer refused to take we had to get the Freezer back to Mumbai at our Warehouse.
5) Upon arrival Mr. Baljith Demanded Rs13000/- to get our Freezer back, on continuous negotiation over the phone he agreed to release the Freezer for Rs10500/-. This is pure Blackmail...
6)You can know the nature of this guy by the simple fact that he never came to see us even once & for the payment he made us deal with the third party transport fellow with whom our Freezer was kept.
I request all not to deal with Baljith Singh if you want your things to be delivered safely. Beware of Crooks like him...

They used to have a so-called website www.gatihome.com. This has expired since Oct 28 2009 and even after a month there seems no effort in renewing it.
Their response timing is really pathetic; you'd be lucky if at least they pick up the call.
