[Resolved] Gati Ltd. — Late Delivery & Damaged Goods | |||
I had booked consignment to be sent to Kolkata from our city Surendranagar wide Gati Ltd., AWB #[protected]. Promised delivery date was 02-Apr-2010 whereas actual delivery happened on 06-Apr-2010. Further, several packages got damaged in transit which is evident from the attached POD. Due to this, I suffered a HUGE loss as my export L/C expired and I am attributed all the business loss as well as penalty by my customer. Attached Gati POD copy. Was this information helpful? | |||

Gati Ltd. — No delivery of luggage and no information about it
I had submitted my luggage from mohali to be transferred at nasik on 30 june 2011. I had been told that it will reach at nasik on 5 july 2011 and it was also assured deliver date when I checked shipment status on internet. Till date I DID not got my luggage. I had called on toll free no. Of gati[protected] and entered my complaint thrice (no.[protected], 11156374 and[protected] till I DID not got any confirm information about my luggage. Currently I am in nasik and I have to go to bangalore this week for joining my job. Before that it is must that I should get my luggage since some items I have to take with me. I am so hectic related to this issue and even I am worried about where my luggage is? the customer care executive are not providing any information related to same issue. Please help me out. Thanks
