I want to derive your kind attention towards harassment, delay in delivery that too not to destination by the GATI courier services.
I made a shipment with #[protected] from mysore to ludhiana on 27th nov,2010 and assured delivery date was agreed 2th nov, 2010.My shipment reached in Ambala on 2th nov,2010, but they told me to collect shipment from Ambala instead of ludhiana after befooling and wasting my time nearly for three days. I had paid cost of RS 3300 for giving delivery to ludhiana, but later they demanded another 5000 (as a bribe) to deliver at the given location. Else I will get delivery after 2-3 months. I have contacted them on following numbers :

Now I have received my bike from Ambala and found that they have changed my rear tyre. They are not refunding my fare from ambala to ludhiana as I collect it from ambala but the deal was upto ludhiana.
Please look into this regard and take strict action against them, i want justice against these cheats.

recevd material from gati and also we cheked gati website the material not reached to atleast bangalore
