[Resolved]  Ge Money — rate issue

is this a joke that your company is coming out with wizard bank and offering rate of 9.99%.......your executive comes and collects all the documents.......10 days after he calls back and says that your file has been approved and the ROI is now 10.5%.........when we call up the executive he says [censored] off and tell us do what ever you want he doesn't care...........the attitude of your comapany against the customer is vey clear..........


i never expected this from GE money the company who beleives in Six sigma concept.............

expecting reply from your side otherwise I will move to Banking Ombusman vrey soon.....
