Company lost the car key during service of Chervorlet cruze, Now it allmost 7 days no satisfactory response received. Sr. General Manager is not responding to phone call & mails.
Complainst registered at Call centre, Complaint number given but no feedback / courtesy call.
Complaints registerd on gmi.[protected]@gm.com and sent three reminders, but no revert in last 7 days, seem entire organisation is sleeping.
