Hi,This is Ghouse. I got the call from Consultancy that you have interview in our consultancy for Accounts Payable in Genpact.I went to consultancy i cleared 5 rounds in consultancy office in the observation of HR persons of Genpact.After Completion of 5 rounds they told that " you have the Final round in Genpact,uppal with HR manager.i want to genpact at 4pm they called at 8pm to HR manager,he asked me about work experience and accounting entries also and i answered the all questions correctly.after he told me " plz wait our HR person will meet you". i waited for 1 more hour.then only HR lady came and told me "you have to come tomorrow 2pm for further rounds.I said that i have completed my last round also. i said that " actually im from hyderabad im from anantapur its 400Km far from here.", then , she told me " ok, you can leave we will call you".then i just returned. after 2 days i called to consultancy " they told me you have rejected in Final Round"..
This is so wrong because i gave the all answers in final round.. if i was rejected in fianal round then how they told me that come on next day..." this is so wrong happened with me.....! Was this information helpful? |

GENPACT-there is always mismanagement & employees are compelled to work on strech & at the last moment the managers comes & tell the employees to not to roster without his order.
