I got selected in Genpact .I was onboarded on 3rd November 2022. The next day due to some family obligations or trouble, I spoke to HR to resign. HR said you talk to the manager. I spoke to the manager. He asked me to meet him at Genpact office on 7th November 2022 at 4 PM. I told him everything on the phone. The trouble I am in, but they could not understand my problem. Then I called the manager the next day at 4 pm (7 November 2022), sir I reached the office. Sir said I will come by 5:30. You stop. Then I told him all my problems but the manager was not understanding my problem. Then I waited. Then at 5:30 the manager came. I requested sir many times to know me from a distance of about 150 kms. So please give me relief as soon as possible. Manager said, I have told HR. I can't do anything, and said wait. From 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm (7 November 2022) the manager spoke to the HR sitting near my chair. Then later the manager took me to the meeting room. And together he was the HR madam and also a And boy. Then the manager and HR madam insulted me a lot, called me stupid, rude, useless, can't do anything, cheating and much more and threatened to blacklist me. HR madam said you can never work in Genpact anymore. And said get out of here. I was terminated from Genpact at around 10:00.
