[Resolved]  Getitbazaar.com — Ordered a Mobile worth 3,000 on 29th Aug 2013, now its 25 sep 2013, But they didn't refund My money

Dear Sir, Ref: Order Id:[protected], Dated:29/09/2013 I have ordered a Nokia C2-03 Touch and Type (G. White)_3324 from getitbazaar on 29th of August 13 and immediately paid the full amount of Rs.3,000/- online through Credit Card. Only one mail i got stating payment is success with order Id[protected]. After that I didn't get any shipping details. A few days later they told me over phone that they don't have the said product and cancelled my order on 4th September. But they didn't refund my money. I called 10 times, worst customer service I have ever seen, they don’t know any information about my refund for almost 25 days gone. This is the first thing I was expecting from getitbazaar, but haven't received any email from their side. I call up every day; they put me on hold for 15 minutes, and said that I will get call back within 24 working hours. I receive this call and same procedure follows by them. Now onwards I call up on 21st Sep, and 24th Sep. they put me on hold for 15 minutes, and said that I will get call back within 24 working hours or Monday. Still today, but no call backs from their side. I shopped with number of online shopping sites and all of them given very well service especially Ebay, flipkart, tradus, etc. But getitbazaar put me on gas. I AM TOTALLY DISSATISFIED WITH WWW.GETITBAZAAR.COM. I advise peoples not to purchase anything from www.getitbazaar.com. if you want to save your money.
