Hi,
I raised tickets #PJP-41663, BHI-93581 and #AWM-24041 for Order :#[protected] made on 14 May 2012 which was promised declared to deliver within 10-15 days. Instead date delayed to 5 June 2012.
Yet there is no as such customer followup.
My offence, is that I paid ghadiwala.com in full before delivery or I kept them asking it for status and asked to deliver after 15 days too. Then the company went for 15 days holiday from 31 May to 15 June 2012. Just GREAT...
No one reverts yet, WTH is happening with my order.
Are ghadiwala.com going to deliver it???
Do ghadiwala.com really treat each customer like this????
Anybody did not mind to put a call and inform the status to me.
