[Resolved] GhadiWala.com — Refund not made for a failed delivery

I have ordered few items in ghadiwala.com on 9th November2012 (Order Number: [protected]).
Due to some reason ghadiwala people told that order was cancelled and they themselves created a new order for me on 7th December 2012 (Order Number: [protected]).
But again they told they were not able to deliver those items to my location and promised to refund the amount in my account. I paid through AXIS Netbanking. They told they dont have the payment information and asked me to send my bank account details to proceed with the refund. Even after i send all the details the refund was not made so far. Its been more than 11 months and i have no update on my refund and they neither pick my call.
Please help in getting my refund amount of INR 3490. Else provide me the process to file a complaint agains them formally.
