Hi, Check the picture and tell me if that looks like I got a new watch Don't buy from GHADIWALA.COM every. I purchased a watch to gift for my mom and below are the faults: 1. it came in old box, which was not clean. 2. the box was tampered, the original titan sticker was removed and some local sticker (which looked like the watch came from repair shop) was glued on the box 3. The shining of box was not as good as the new watch at titan I sent the pictures to them and nothing happened rather they said i have to pay 15% stoking fee...BoolS**t PLease NOTE friends, you cant return the product. THey told me if you are not happy then you have to pay stocking fee of 15% and can return it. THe customer care was also pathetic, dont have sense of talking to customer and at times no one will pick the phone. this site is for sure not the right one to buy from i guess. Save yourself from online cheats, as you cant do anything to them. GADIWALA.com is pathetic
