Ghadiwala provided me a faulty watch, I spoke to Nitin Gupta, company manager. He was so rude, after my complaint online he spoke softly and asked me to return the watch and he will provide full refund. It was on 20/Nov/2013 i returned the watch and emaild customer care.
They are so pathetic that they said to take my review back then only they will return my money, I emailed mouth shut to remove the comments and emailed Ghadiwala but till date I have not received my money back.
Today its 17-Feb-2014 and I have followed up 14-15 times, called 8-10 times. Customer executive Sameer told me they will refund the money in a day, but nothing happened.
They ate my money and watch both. PATHETIC COMPANY, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND WILL NOT GIVE you any product, or will send faulty product.
NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM. BEWARE of ONLINE thief
