That is true. Same thing is happening in Chander Nagar Ghaziabad. Residents of A-63 Chander Nagar (Near Surya Nagar), Ghaziabad are also doing the encroachment of the public land. They have installed their house gate on the public land and also maintaining a garden which is on the public land. If anybody try to go by that garden then they highly object the same. It seems like they are involved in some illegal activity. Having lots & lots of cash in their house as well. Having big cars

Residents of A-63 Chander Nagar (Near Surya Nagar), Ghaziabad are doing the encroachment of the public land in front of their house. They have installed their house gate on the public land some 8 feet ahead of the originally alloted plot and also maintaining a garden which is on the public land. If anybody try to go by that garden then they highly object the same. So overall they have encroached land size of approx 30 feet by 8 feet. They are very querelsome and they beat people mercilessly if anybody object them to park their car in fornt of other's house.
