Hi,
I live in GDA Flats Indraprastha phase-1,Teela more,Teela Shahbaj pur,Loni road,Ghaziabad,Pin 201102 since 3 years and I pay my quarterly installment on time and I use electricity by GDA.
Everything is fine but there is no water connection by GDA.It is very big problem for us.
In these Flats there are 100 families who live in it.

There is a Water Mafia ( Water Contractor ) who give us water by money as he want.

Please arrange prepaid or postpaid water connection by GDA for us.

Dear Concern,

One thing would like to inform regarding unauthorised parking charges near Wave Kaushambhi Ghaziabad.
This is an authorised parking alloted by GDA.But they demand charges more than enough.
If you ask them about high charge then they call their near & dear to shut your mouth.

Request you to please raise this concern to GDA and force them to take necessary action againt them.

Dear Sir,

I wish to draw your attention towards the poor maintenance of Road in Nandgram Ghaziabad,Near Meerut Road.
The road & streets in our locality have not been repaired for a long time. There are pits and ditches on the roads everywhere. The condition of the road becomes all the worst during the rainy season. They cause road accident. At night people sometimes stumble down. Moreover, these pits provide breeding ground for the mosquitoes. Thus there is an outbreak of mosquitoes in the locality leading to the spread of malaria.

I, therefore, request you to kindly take necessary action to mend the ways so that people of the area have good roads and streets. Some area in top so water flow on lower area of roads in 15 minutes rain in rainy season.

Special Note: - Due to bad condition of roads ,All auto drivers charge more fare & in rainy season they all are stopped due to which people face many problems for going one place to another for office , Hospitals etc.

In Ghaziabad vijay nagar area there is lot o[censored]nauthorized construction is going on and roads becomes smaller and smaller if there is 20 feet road is there now it becomes only 5 feet. IN Vijay Nagar 'A' Block Houses are allotted in 27 meter but now it becomes more than 50 meters. A Group of House on The Main Road covered full road the house no. is A/120 to A127 and corner house No. A/192 is corner's house which covered more than 27 meter area And opens unauthorized shops in There house. Please Do some Action On My Complaint.

Sub: Bad condition of roads in Our Area (Main Shani Bazar Road, Shanti Nagar, Ward number 10, Loni Road)

Sir

I would like to bring to your kind notice the miserable condition of roads in my locality, Our Area Shanti Nagar, Loni Road, GZB. The roads in this area are totally in bad condition. There is no smooth run for the transport. It has been repeatedly brought to the notice of local (Ward number-10) Loni Nagar Palika Parishad councillor and Chairman, but all in vain. There is always a traffic problem on the roads.

The first showers of approaching monsoon will put the things in worst shape. The residents are in deep distress on this account and have repeatedly expressed their resentment through written complaints but nothing has been done so far. All the assurances are in vain as no action has been taken.
Also there are full o[censored]nauthorized Construction on left hand side of the road, they have constructed the unauthorized shops parallel to a temple (Saat Manzil Mandir) and is going full swing.

I request you to get the roads constructed/repaired without any further delay and It is humbly submitted that please take appropriate action against this Unauthorized Construction at the earliest.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I m living in Loni (Ghaziabad) for last five years and i working in connaught place New Delhi as that use the road from home to office by PAVI PUSHTA TO KHAJURI KHAS and than Ring road my journey duration approx 45min but between Pavi Pusta to DLF by single road and condition of of road is really difficult to explain how impossible cross that area big holes on the road 10minute journey takes half in hours so i requested to you please visit that road and see how risky to drive on that road .Please repair that road and save human life to hold responsibility of there families.

Your early favorable response would highly be appreciated.

I am resident of Flat No. 466 G Nyay Khand-2 Indirapuram Ghaziabad. From past one month the sewage line of our street is completely blocked and as outer sewage is blocked now sewage water is coming in our house as our house is on the ground floor. We have complained many a times to our area office but till now no action has been taken.

Please help us resolve the issue as I am a senior citizen.

Residents of A-63 Chander Nagar (Near Surya Nagar), Ghaziabad are doing the encroachment of the public land in front of their house. They have installed their house gate on the public land some 8 feet ahead of the originally alloted plot and also maintaining a garden which is on the public land. If anybody try to go by that garden then they highly object the same. So overall they have encroached land size of approx 30 feet by 8 feet. They are very querelsome and they beat people mercilessly if anybody object them to park their car in fornt of other's house. They have encroached this land from last 30 years, so proper penalty should be levied on them.

There are about 800 famility living in DLF Ankur vihar Loni Ghaziabad. It means that thre are more than 800 registry happend in last 2-3 years. so there are lots of revenue came from this area to Govt. but government is not giving attention to this area to improve Road and sewer. Sewer is totally jameed and water is coming outside form all outlet. it's creating hygine problem in this area. Is there any way to solve this problem?

We have complained many times to GDA but there is no solution yet.

Hi, i am staying in builder flat at shalimar garden ext-1 on top floor. Till now the ground floor common area in front of the building was used by all 6 residents for parking their vehicles. A new owner has come on ground floor & he is not allowing anyone to park in the 50% of the area claimimg that it falls in front of his house so it belongs to him. Their are 6 flats total in a 200sqyrd area, 2 on ground, 2 on first and 2 on second. Since the area is common, he is not allowed to do any such activity but he gets some local rowdy guys to threten everybody. I would like to know where can i register a complaint against him.

Dear Sir,
This is regarding a draw in which my application (number is 12382) is successfully selected. Sir GDA invited the application in 2008 for filling the vacant flats. I applied for this scheme (sanjay nagar LIG housing scheme, scheme code is 760, property code is 31D, quota code is 02, pay plane code is 03) by submitting DD of SBI BANK, DD NUMBER IS 750990 & AMOUNT IS 10440/- Rs as application money. . But I cannot find any information and I'm trying for a refund of my money on false advertising.... And have sent two follow up emails since, but am not hearing back from you, either. ... Here is what I've posted elsewhere, in the hope of getting my money back,
Could you please refund the money as soon as possible? I have been very patient with your office, but I cannot continue the same in future.
I am sending you the details of the DD & APPLICAION FORM RECEVING BY VIJAY BANK in hopes that it will help in either refund of my money back or status of my application else I need to take strict action against GDA by applying for my appeal in consumer court.

Dear Sir,
I am regrate to inform you that whenever I entered in DLF dilshad ext.II colony throught ring road near Seemapuri depot; in area between Delhi and UP border road have been damaged burstly alway water logged. the difference between Delhi and UP have seen simply. Repair of these road have been done frequetly by burst material.
Sir, it is the matter of status of a State entrance, kindly do needful.

I have applied in Scheme code 738 of Indiarapuram Residential Plots Scheme of GDA in March 2004 but till date no draw was held but withhold amount Rs.500 regn. amount

Dear Sir,

The condition of the roads in our locality are becoming bad to worse. The problem has been there for more than 2 years now but the authority do not seem to take care of it.

It is requested to consider the matter on priority and improve the road situation ASAP.

Dear Sir,...

I stayed in flat no. g2, Plot no. 310, Sector 4, Vaishali.
From past 3 months a havoc has been created by Stray dogs just in front of the gate of my building. It is really difficult to walk on street or walk out due to such reason. No action has been taken by concerned authorities regarding this issue. Even no contact no. or email adress has been mentioned of the concerned authority in the official website.
