[Resolved]  Gift 360 degree — Order Not Received from 2 months

Dear Concern,

This is to bring to notice that I had ordered for a Philips MP3 player from your 360 degree helpline on 19th May ’08 but did not get any reference number and did not get the product even. But I am charged on my credit card for the same transaction. I am sending u a snap shot of the online statement for your reference. Please let me know what can be done as I haven’t received the MP3 player as yet.

Gift 360 — Delaying in the Order Cancellation

I ordered POLO King - 3 poece bag a couple of months back & it was getting delayed and thought to cancel the order. The same was accepted by the Gift 360 executives & they told that they will dispatch the cheque in the comimng week.
Since then i havent recieved any cheque from them & when ever i call them they say that you will recieve the cheque by next coming saturday.

The Order was done through ICICI Gold Credit Card & im unnecessarily paying the EMI.
Its the same for me with gift 360 and it says its a group of icici bank and no one is responsible for the product...

NEVER buy anything from GIFT 360
I have a very similar experience with Gift360. I had ordered a product from them on JUly 25th 2008 and am yet to receive the product. After repeated phone calls, they told me that because their vendor has not supplied it, they will not be able to deliver the product; so I asked for cancellation of the order and refund of my payment - this was on 7th October 2008. Today, on 5th Dec 2008, I am yet to recieve the refund - everytime I make a call they keep telling me that it will be refunded the next week, the Authorised Signatory is not there to sign the cheues ...some excuses... And to top it all, they still keep taking money from my credit card for this product (I had bought it through my ICICI bank credit card on a 6 month purchase)...This is the worst customer support I have ever faced...Please DO NOT buy anything from Gift 360...seems like these guys are only there to cheat customers.
gift 360 team is really theves and they have told me that i would get my gift with in 10 working days, but i have not got any gift from them. On phone they told me that gift is under quality check and my phone had disconnected by them and after that no body was picking my phone. This is advice to all consumers who want to buy gift from gift 360 please dont give any order to them. Your money will go in well.

Gift 360 — Order not received

I have placed an online order on 07 june2009 for 5 nos o[censored]cb watches to gift360. I have not received the order till now inspite of speaking several times to the company they have not despatched the order.

I have made a transc. for Couple watch, but i didin't received any receipt of the same., Pl. confirm back by e-mail,
And let me know in how many days will the item will be delivered.

they said they will deliver it in 14 days..
I have not received it yet..

I have placed an order of a sony ericson mobile (k770i) on gift360.com . My order no. is 1722.
Their time period of 14 working days has finished but I haven't got my product yet.
I face a very similar situation as described by Mr. Sajeel. I had placed an order on 20th May, 2009 on telephone for a Benetton women's wallet and belt (Order no. 50755). I have been charged on my credit card for the product but iIt has been 3 months and I have been absolutely frustrated with your service. I have not received the product yet even though I have made hundreds of complaints to you people over phone. Often I am put on hold over the phone and then nobody responds for the next 10 minutes and I have to put the call down. Each and every time I am assured that the product would be delivered in the next 2-3 days but it hasnt happened yet. I must have made calls worth Rs. 300-400 for a product which itself was worth Rs. 695.

The last time I talked with one of your customer care executives named Mr. Sunil around two weeks ago and he too assured me that the product would be delivered the following week. But that week never comes. I really cant understand what kind of a company have you made and what kind of work do the managers in such a company do. I myself work in a insurance company and if I had been so late in giving a policy to a customer, I would have been given the pink slip.

This to bring to notice that i had ordered a pair of benetton sunglasses(order no. 52985) on 1st June, 2009.I have been charged on my credit card for the product but have not received it till now and the credit bill has increased to an amount of 1456 as of 23 Aug, 2009 including a late payment fee of Rs.400 whereas the initial price value for the same is 695/-.
I have made innumerable complaints to you people over phone. Often I am put on hold over the phone and then nobody responds for the next 10 minutes. Each and every time I am assured that the product would be delivered in the next 2-3 days but it hasnt happened yet.I have been absolutely frustrated with your service.I believe that the ICICI bank should dissociate itself from such fradulent companies.
I have placed a request for cancellation today at 2:00pm with an assurance that they'll inform me within an hour.That hour, as expected, has come and gone. I have faced a similar problem where GIFT 360.in has not done delivery upon committed time

I had ordered for One BIG BAZZAR Gift Voucher for Rs 540/- on 20 July 2009.Today its 27 August and i have not recieved the voucher yet. The Website mentions that delivery will be done within 14 days but its more then one month now.

The Customer Care is now responding that delivery time depends upon availability of product. I am Not able to understand why the website is commiting 14 days delivery time if they dont have the product.

GIft 360.in has cheated me as my purpose of purchasing voucher was to gift it to my neice on her birthday.The birthday is already gone and now dont see any future of reciving it.

Please help.

Gift360 — product not received since 2 months

We have gone through your conversation with Mr Sandeep. The statement provided by you does not match the date of placing the order. The date shown by you in the statement is 14/07 and the orders that reflect on our system based on the information provided by you is of 21/06 and 22/06. How can we deliver the product to you when the data is not matching? Mr Sandeep has already informed you the same over phone. If you can provide us with the correct information then the same will be processed.
