Voucher: Shoes not in stock

hi,

i had ordered a sports package from gift 360..of a rebook tracks, t shirt and a voucher for shoes..

i had to redeem the voucher from a reebok shop in colaba..and their number is[protected]

i have been calling them for almost 4 months now and they always say that the show is not in stock and will soon be in stock.

when i called gift 360 they say that they cant do anything about...

Order Not Received from 2 months

Dear Concern,

This is to bring to notice that I had ordered for a Philips MP3 player from your 360 degree helpline on 19th May ’08 but did not get any reference number and did not get the product even. But I am charged on my credit card for the same transaction. I am sending u a snap shot of the online statement for your reference. Please let me know what can be done as I haven’t received the MP3 player as yet.br...
