[Resolved]  Giftstoindia.com — Delivery of rotten fruits & flowers / bad customer service

On January 1, 2010 we placed an order for delivery of a fruit and flower basket (INR 1,014) to India as a get well gift for my mom. The flowers and fruits delivered were completely rotten. We contacted customer service with our complaint. They refused to acknowledge that they failed to delivery the fresh flowers and fruits as claimed on their website, refused to investigate the complaint and offered no refund or replacement. The customer care representative - Ms. Jain, was callous, argumentative, rude and unhelpful. They have misrepresented their products and services and fraudulently took money from us. Never do business with them.

On 31122010 i have sent cake & gifts to india for my mom, they only delivered the cake and gift was not delived. i received email from them like...

This is to inform you regarding your order ID: HGTI-[protected] that Three Tier Bamboo Plant in Bowl which you want to get delivered is currently not available on that area. So if you want some courier items to be delivered instead of that item then we can deliver it & it will take 2 to 3 working days to get the order delivered. Please let us know what you want to do at the earliest. we will deliver your rest of the itmes today...Till then we are keeping your this item on hold. Looking forward to your response at the earliest. Have a good day….

but on the next day, they sent me a email stating that they delivered all items. my complaints were unanswered, they are cheat. do not do business with them ever.
