My friend had placed an order from giftstoindia.com (ORDER ID - GTI465537/2013) form Adelaide (Australia) on 1st October, 2013 for 150 pink roses and a perfume to be delivered to me at Anand Niketan, New Delhi as per the above order no.
1. The bouquet was received in a damaged condition and were not with long stems as ordered and the flowers were 110 instead of 150.
2. The perfume ordered has not yet been delivered till date although...

Poor cheap service and product

I placed an order with this company for a "taj" cake to be delivered to my godchild in India. I paid 1600/- for the cake. The cake that was delivered was of such poor quality and nothing similar to a taj cake. There is a taj hotel in goa so I do not undrstand why this was substitutes with a poor equivalent.
I was away from our country (UK) on holiday and as soon as I got back I rang to speak to my family...

I ordered a Gift to my parents (bunch of 12 roses and dryfruits+ NOTE) on their anniversary.
these guys cant arrange a good box for dry fruits also. The box was some kind of a trashbox or something in which all the dryfuits were mixed.As far as i know they should be seperated..NOT MIXED..!!!!!!!!
And ROSES were 10 instead of 12.Whose responsible for it?? This is how they treat your customers?? NO VALUES FOR EMOTIONS..!!!!What...

Delivery of rotten fruits & flowers / bad customer service
On January 1, 2010 we placed an order for delivery of a fruit and flower basket (INR 1,014) to India as a get well gift for my mom. The flowers and fruits delivered were completely rotten. We contacted customer service with our complaint.
