I had gifted a "Chocolates and Soft Toy Hamper" someone special from online gift provider "giftstoindia24x7.com" (Gifts to India 24x7).
Although the price was so high, I had decided to make the checkout keeping the value of my loved ones.

Before purchase I made a call to their customer service and promised to make the delivery with in 4 working days. So do I believe and made the transaction. Even I kept a buffer time of 1days as I am experienced with other courier companies.

At last the same thing happened what I was afraid of. They cheated me and shipment was not done even after one week. After a online chat with an customer executive they said "we will revert back after one day", which was not a satisfactory solution.

Please do not buy from this cheater giftstoindia24x7.com.

I agree cause I faced the same issue.I placed order of FRESH ladoos for my Dad in India. GiftstoIndia sent BAD SMELLING LADOOS. I complained within 24 hours as My Dad could not eat them. They sent the delivery boy over to my Dads house who ate the Ladoos and told my Dad they were bad and will call you up his company. He never came back. I then took it up with GiftstoIndia who informed me that the delivery boy stated that the Ladoos were FRESH. Instead of believing the customer (who paid the money), they believed the delivery boy ! They REJECTED my plea and blamed us (the customer). I would not lie for $13 - The gift sent to DAd was truly smelling and not edible.
I am amazed that they are not replying my calls or emails.

Stay away from these con artists.Overpriced and misleading.Do not trust them  Need more customers who have been conned to come out and publicise the scams practised by these crooks.
I would never use this website and would not recommend anyone. Infact I complaint using website
Their customer representa tives act smart when answering questions and are not helpful at all!I think they need training in customer service, integrity and ethics

I was very much upset with their service, I ordered some flowers & cake with these guys and one day before the delivery they were asking me to pay extra 500+ as they don't have base who can provide the specific order which I ordered.They were simply blackmailing the customer.I dont think they have any professional ethics.
