I also have similaR expeRience with glen. My kitchen chimney is not woRking. It is undeR lifetime waRRanty. They asked me that the senioR will visit my place. Even afteR the passage of 10 days, none visited. And to make mattes woRse the electician that came eaRlieR said that u have to RegisteR online fo the waRRanty otheRwise it is not a lifetime waRRanty.
