[Resolved]  Glen — service problem

I purchased glen stove and from rajahmundry dealer . Mr. chiranjeevi is the person. I paid advance amount after 15 days they installed at my home. when i request for service they are not sending any person what they are saying is service engineers are not available. kindly solve the issue otherwise i will go for consumer court.
