Kettles by using the water getting foul smell

I Purchased the Kettle on 18-5-25 With in 2 days time the kettle damaged and when it is used it is producing the foul smell in the water . i raised a compalint on the same and the csutomer care told to visit the serivce centre.

4 burner automatic gas stove

1. Purchased on 06 March 2024, the product stopped functioning on 12 April. I wrote to the [protected]@glenindia.com on 17 April and response came requesting my address details which were shared.
2. Nothing happened till 23 April so I again wrote and reply came on 25 April.
3. My complaint was registered under SB/2024/4/PB/873082 dt 18 April 2024.

    Hi Sir/Madam,

    We have purchased Glen Chimney ( Glen 60cm, 1000 m3/hr Curved Glass Wall Mounted Kitchen Chimney Push Buttons Baffle Filter (6071 EX, Silver) | B071RTFDMJ ( B071RTFDMJ ) HSN:[protected] and the installation was done by the Glen. Since then the chimney has completely rusted(attached the pictures of the chimney). We have raised a complaint with the Glen customer care and the service men visited says its due to "removing the sticker on the Chimney". The person who installed it has removed it and there was no instruction given that we should not remove the sticker. There was no solution provided.

    Now we are totally disappointed with the product( we have already been using a Glen Gas stove for the past 3 years) and we ordered with that trust on the company service.
    However we request you to take this complaint forward and we would want to return or replace the product at the earliest convenience(attaching the warranty details)

      Hi,

      I was provided the Glen Chimney and Cooktop by M/s Livspace wide their order attached.

      Both of them were installed and not commissioned, which was organized by M/s Livspace representative during construction and interiors of my Flat.

      On housewarming, we could notice below two problems and trying with Livspace to sort it, but not solved. I am requesting to pl depute your Technician to the below address where my tenant is available. I am mentioning my Tenant No also.

      1. The Glen Chimney supplied by Livspace is not functioning
      2. The Glen Hob supplied by Livspace, auto ignition is not working

          Don't buy product of Glen company it is biggest fraud company its term and condition are totaly scams I had taken gas table whose 5 year garantee dealer said now when going to claim they say that within 3 months of purchase Registration will have to be done to claim who gives this warranty, is it the work of the dealer or mine, since when I made a pre-arrangement, it should be considered as warranty, which is just 2 years, then why have these new rules been made, this is a scammer company. Similar to this, they are of very bad quality, they get damaged in 2 days, after 2 days, leakage started in the gas burner, its product is not secured.

              I have registered the complaint with vide Job Number SB/2023/4/KR/64328 long back. Till today no technician visitef at our place. I call 100 times to customer care. Nobody cares. I had a very horrible experience with thier attitude & service.

                "Dear customer, your job has been registered vide job no: SB/2023/3/KR/576372. The service person will get in touch with you soon."

                This is the message I received on 9th of March 2023. Till today nobody has come for service. I called 100 times to customer care. Who cares?The worst experience I ever had in my life.
                I never buy and recommend Glen to anybody. Good bye to Glen.

                  We purchased glass top stoves online, 3 stoves at a time. The material used for the stove is not up to the standards, The burners material used is not good, they shrink in a span of 2 years, where as we are also using a stoves of different make, they are running without any burner issues for past 30 years.
                  The Glen is expensive, good looking but the performance is very bad.
                  When we contacted the service person/customer, they are saying, to replace all the 4 burners of the stove, which is costing around Rs.3000. Mater of fact it is covered for 5 years, but with clauses.

                  Please suggest how to proceed for the complaining with consumer forum on this.

                    I had purchased Glen 1063 SQ Glass gas hob from Glen in October 2020. My Gas started giving low flame problem and sometimes the burner gets turned off automatically because of the same leading to dangerous condition of gas leakage. I had registered a complaint with Glen and the service person came and suggested changing the Burners of the hub, to which I agreed. Then the service guy demanded service charge. I politely said that my complaint is not resolved and I will pay his service charge after he provides me with the burner.

                    The service guy came back in the evening with a burner which looked different and when i used that the auto ignition stopped working. I said him to give me the original spare part and i was not ready to accept the incompatible spare part. He offered to open the gas hob and make changes to the ignition cable (to which i denied as I am apprehensive that opening the gas hob might lead to other problems in future).

                    I said him that all i required, is the original spare part and I am not at all willing to accept an incompatible/duplicate spare part. He started making excuses by saying that the company has discontinued the model etc etc (It is pertinent to say that the product is still available for sale on various websites). After this he again demanded his service charge, to which i said that my problem is not yet resolved, and i shall pay the charge only and only after you bring and give me the original spare part.

                    It's already a month and there gas been no response, despite me calling the customer care and escalating to senior person of Glen on[protected].

                    This is completely unprofessional from Glen not to provide original spare parts just within 2 years of purchase.
                    It's 100% true. I had the same experience.

                      My above said cooktop which I have purchased in November 2020. Is always becoming unserviceable due to short circuit in wiring. Company representative come and repair it and retun it which becoming unserviceable every 2 to 3 months. This is fifth time they have taken for repair. They simply want to pass warranty period. I want to replace it. This was purchased for Rs 16000/-. Now dealer is telling give rs 9000/- for replacement cost. Please direct Company to replace if it has manufacturing defect. It has manufacturing defect as it is been unserviceable for 5 times within 2 year. Please do the needful.
                      This is worst company and products are very worst in quality. I will not advice any more to any body.

                          I have purchased a cocktop from glen which reference I have mentioned above on title. I purchased the same on 20 Nov 20 vide invoice no 827 from tripti gas agency gwalior. Since then every after three months I have to call mechanic from glen for repair some times burner not burning properly or short circuit of ignition system. Now again I have complained about short circuit on 15 Oct 20 vide complain no SB/2022/10/MP/491458 service centre have responded that it will be attained 02 days. However no one have visited us till now. If stove is having general issues why it shouldn't be replaced. Kindly look into this matter as the cocktop is under warranty for 05 years. While selling it was promised that you needn't to have tension because it has warranty for 05 years I have original bill and invoice with me.

                            I am located at coimbatore in tamilnadu. I bought a Glen chimney last year and after one year and 2 months o[censored]sage the electronic board went off and I had replaced it, Since they had changed the service center and new person cam and he did not tell anything for more than three week the older service person call on me and said that they had the board ready so I change the board by paying 5700rs which is half the cost of the chimney...after a month o[censored]se the motor didn't work for which I contacted through the whatapp no and the service person came and said the chimney has a 4 inch pipe which should be 6 inch and that was the reason for the motor to fail...Here the autorised service center man has installed it and now the other service center (Which they have changed now) saying the motor cannot be replaced eventhough it has a 7year warrenty.

                                My installation job request no is SB/2022/9/MH/472208.
                                Since 12 pm today tour person is telling he is coming to visit and will reach around 2.30 pm. But till now he has not arrived. My whole day is wasted as i couldn't complete my pending outside works as your person didnt came and i had to wait for him.
                                All times he told that he will arrive in 15 mins and i called him 4 times since then but he didnt came. This is really poor and pathetic response from Glen.
                                No one has contacted me till now even after conplaint

                                  I am writing this email, after getting frustration with the service provided by Glen service, Chennai

                                  Details :-
                                  Glen Chimney - GL 6066MSAC (90) 1200 M3BF
                                  Purchace date[protected]

                                  within 6 months - We got issue in the Chimney - its Not Working (the 3 speed setting is NOT Working, so entire system were not working)

                                  Registered the Complaint no. 435886 and the service person came on[protected].
                                  found the issue and told that - they need to change the Circuit Panel board.

                                  After 22 days, the service person came back on[protected] with the New Circuit Panel board
                                  After fixing the new one also, its NOT working properly,
                                  So, the service person told that, this New panel is not working properly, so we need get again a new one.

                                  Now its 40+days gone - Without Chimney we are cooking.

                                  I tried calling them again, but there is NO response.
                                  Dont know the current status, whether they will come back or NOT ...

                                  Atleest, the customer need to know the status... Here, in my issue, i am NOT getting any status update like when it will get resolved.

                                  Query :-
                                  Whether customer will the status update or Not ??
                                  Whether this issue will get resolved or Not ??
                                  How many Months, i need to wait ??

                                  Or i need to BUY new chimney, thinking that GLEN service will Not resolve this issue and need to for OTHER COMPANY PRODUCT.
