[Resolved] Glen Home Appliance — Gastove Breakage and Explosion

I have purchased a four burner stove from Sana Enterprises and the Company manufacturing the Cooking top was Glen, Further to the accident I have lodged a complaint on their website and also sent copy of the accident pics along with the Cooking top to their office but they never bother to respond .Infact they have exhibited negligence and lack of customer service which purely displays their sales centric nature and lack of post purchase service . i'm jainarayan rathi from pali-marwar (raj.)...i have purched 1 hobb o[censored]r brand GLEN...model no. GLEN HOBBS 1063 P.R. from "saluja's" jodhpur(raj.)... now its automatic/self start function is not working properly...
and ur dealer "saluja's" not giving good response...i'm not satisfied with ur product.. do something whatever you can...help us..
