They are simply are white collar cheaters . Infact they don't bother abou taking money from people by simply doing nothing .

We all should take strong action against them .
Definitely, they have been cheating us since they do not provide the correct information on one's case. I urge all of you to form a group and unite and stand against them. This will help us lodge a complaint against them with relevant proofs and they need to refund us back our hard earned money. Obviously, they have made us lose time but they should know that we are not going easy on them for their misdeeds.
All of you, please reply me back or contact me on angelpowers at(@) gmail.com
I need everybody's support to get your and my refund back.
Hello everyone,

Good afternoon

I strongly agree with this, my complaint is with the UK branch, Simon who turns out to be the salesman there promised us a great service with no problem in getting a Defacto Visa for my partner. I am British and he is Caribbean. He then advised it would only take about 12 weeks. We paid £350 as a part payment to get things started and were advised that we would have a manager (Shazia) assigned to us who would contact us to do an interview in order to complete the paperwork for the visa and that we would also have to pay another £350 on completion of this and a further £400 to the embassy. We never got this interview and it was impossible to contact them by phone, email or their online customer weblink. When we did get them they said they were waiting to hear from us, this was never the case and we were actually waiting to hear from them but rarely did. The customer service and communication skills is a disgrace. The manager who was meant to be acting for us talked over you and always wanted to get across how we were in the wrong and that was why nothing had been done even though they had our money from middle of December 2008 and it was not the end of January 2009. The sale person I spoke to initially told me that they were open between Xmas and New Year and I later was advised that this was not the case and this was used as part of the reason why we heard nothing. Also it turns out that when I asked for a detailed invoice showing costs to date which should only be phone calls as that is ALL they have done they advise that they started filling out paperwork for a married visa to which we had never instructed to do and also find this strange as she would not have had the information as we never did an initial interview etc giving the information required for this form. Please Please Please do NOT use this company. I am now trying to get the deposit back and have more or less been told there is none to get back, myself and my partner are so upset with these people. He is still in the Caribbean and I am not in the UK with our daughter. I came back thinking he would follow soon so I could get the little one settled. So the saga continues in a vain attempt to try and get some of the money back we have paid out and we are now going to have to start and find another company to assist and it is now very hard to trust that any company will do this after our experience.
I am writing to post a complaint against the management of my case at Global Visas. I cannot comment yet about the actual processing of my visa application, as my case manager Katarzyna Pasternak has been taking a very long time in reviewing my documents and giving me feedback that I can actually use.

So far, I am very unhappy that my complaint to her manager Adrian Baxter has only been met with a standard response of "you must submit your complaint in writing, " without any indication of when they might consider addressing my concerns.

The fees I am being charged by Global Visas are over €1050 for inexpertise and frankly, a lack of customer-oriented professionalism. I would be interested to know how it is that Kumar was only charged 400 pounds and not the standard 1, 000-1, 200.
Acc. to Alexa, Global Visas has the most traffic, & it is supposedly one of the largest, if not THE largest visa immigration services in the world. I researched reviews online, & only found a few negative comments--all from India--& 1 or 2 positive comments. The Global Visas account manager was friendly & knowledgeable when I called their London office. So I hired them to help me sort out getting a Highly Skilled Worker (HSMP) visa to the UK.

UNFORTUNATELY, Global Visas sr. case manager, Katarzyna Pasternyk, is disorganized, slow, & lacks any sort of empathy. She is unable to provide a roadmap of the application process, & two weeks after working with her, she has yet to tell me about the actual interview.

She asks for letters from banks, employers & my landlord, but she does not give any letter samples or explain--what information they should contain, who needs to sign it, etc. The client must figure that out all on their own. I believe she tries hard, but her advice is confusing. In the last 2 weeks, I have spent about 50 hours on trying to contact Global Visas, trying to speak with Global Visas case manager Katarzyna, trying to understand what she is saying, trying to understand what I need & what the next steps are.

I receive is a smattering o[censored]nintelligible comments written among my original questions (often without formatting that distinguishes where my email ends & Global Visas' comments begin).

It's a simple question of knowing how to manage a project. Any event that requires a longer time to complete should be given adequate lead time so that all elements come together at the same completion date. Unfortunately, Global Visas sr. case manager Katarzyna Pasternak does not know how to do this. Example: I have bank accounts in the US, but I do not live in the US. After 1 1/2 weeks of consultation (I gave all my information on the first day), I was finally told that online bank statements were not acceptable, & that the bank statements needed to be original paper bank statements.

My bank in the US is Citibank. To request a paper bank statement requires 2-3 weeks. They will mail it to your US address, but not your international one. You need to have someone receive it & re-send it to you. If I had known that from the beginning, I could have started right away on getting it. Better yet, Global Visas senior case manager Katarzyna Pasternyk should have been the one to advise me to do that. I am the client. Katarzyna’s response? Oh, just get the local branch to give it to you. They can’t? Oh, then ask them to stamp your printout of your online bank statement. She obviously doesn’t know that banks run independently of each other, country to country.

I decided to email a formal complaint & requested a new case manager. I was told by Katarzyna Pasternyk's supervisor, Adrian Baxter, that he would only review my issue after I had filed a formal written complaint. I sent him a longer, more detailed complaint in a Word doc.

Response from Adrian Baxter of Global Visas:
"You hired Global Visas to assist you with your Tier 1 General application. We have provided you with advice & assistance in line with Home Office guidelines. ...I will not be able to reassign your case to a new Case Manager. I look forward to your response advising of how you wish to proceed." He did not offer any options.

I replied to his email & requested to speak by phone. I WOULD go to his office, but I am not in London. He did not answer his phone any of the times I have called him, nor has he ever returned my voice mail. I have been waiting nearly a week for some response.

It is possible that there are some really great people who work there. In fact, I'm sure of it, as I have never seen a company where there employees were all disagreeable. However, if you have the misfortune of getting an inexpert, disorganized, slow case manager at Global Visas, you will not have a proper channel to resolve your complaint.
I guess you are one of the family members working in this stupid Con Company that is why everything is rubbish, but the fact is this Company itself is a big Garbage Dunp. I hope you understand "Garbage", so my advide to all the people viewing this page kindly dont touch this BIg Garbage.

Thank God, I saw this website before making my payments to Rohit, he was so persistent and he kept on calling and mailing me So people do some research work before relying on any company, that will save your money as my money.

these people are trying to destroy the site, cause they are frauds, they are cheated and will eventally give u nothing
I find very starge kind of remarks however our experiance with Global Visas is quite plesent and we were delivered what we were assured. I paid my 100% money in 30 days by credit card and my process took about 3 months but global visas in India was in my constant touch.

I find global visas quite open & upfront in communication and I paid total Rs. 89, 000 in two lots Rs 24, 000 at sign-up and balance payment was again transected throught the same card details but I have no regret rather I find it quite convenient.

somehow I feel these complaints are motivated.

I will continue using and recomending global visas to my other friends and relatives.
Ruchin, You case may be an exception. My brother applied for visa through this Global Visas in Delhi and its sheer cheating company. They did not provide any support and their goal is only to squeeze the money as fast as possible - and do not provide support to the value of money they collect. Its a sheer waste and at the end you everyone will feel betrayed. I know personally about the happenings in this cheating company in INDIA especially. Frankly, UK I have no idea - how they serve.

I recomment everyone who put in their hard earned money - Please think twice - we are not paid to complain about Global Visas as commented by someone in the above comments - its the betrayal and feeling of frustration and agony which makes us to write our comment. If anybody do not trust - please goahead and enjoy - and I am sure you will again get back here to same discussion to post your comments - and share your agony with the other people.

I dont have miracles and powers - and If I have - I will see to that the company extincts and burn to ashes - for cheating people and cheting their hard earned money.
They are totally rubbish, they cheat people to get money and after that they will disappear. (I'm talking about London office)
Hello

Hi,

After reading through all the comments frm diff. ppl. i'm little sceptical bout the company...my money is stuck with global visas since 13th march when it was credited, after continous follow-up via email, i'm still waiting for the money to be refunded. this money was charged in a rush hour by one of the global visas consultant, later in couple of days he found that i'm not eligible for UK tier-1, eventually got me into a dilemma on the effectiveness and efficiency of this company! henceforth i was continually being pacified and told that you'll get back the money asap..suddenly when i called the delhi office today, someone picked and told that consultant i was dealing with is no more with the company and wanted to know what is the issue...then after getting my info..he said that best way to get ur money back is to login to the account in global visas website and send email on your concern. This is the only way as per that person. So again this shows the lack of guidance and support to the customers !!! why wasn't i not informed about this when i was following-up with the consultant for last 20 odd days !!?? Urge globalvisas management team to understand situations in customers' shoes...and above that the person i was speaking to today didn't show any kind o[censored]rgency and was very relaxed in his speech...hope is all i hv right now...
i hate them! i have spent 1558 pounds on a visa to canada after 4 months with very little contact with them i decided to cancel my contract as nothing had been done on my case and everyone i dealt with was completly useless and incompetant!! so i called to cancel as i was well within my rights they said that i am not entiteld to any money back at all!! so at the end of the day i have no visa and i am 1558 pounds down! not a good situation to be in!
Be carful with this company it is a SCAM...
Same your money, Global Visas are big time cheaters..
you can contact contact the mirror newspaper( put name of one of their investigators), daily mail newspaper, you will go to OFT, consumer direct, FSA, and Trading services to report unfair charges and unfair contract terms.
contact OISC

I have called the Trading services myself twice. Fisrt time to my mistake i talked about bad advice they gave me and they send me to oisc as they dont get involved in that . Second time I got smarter and called them to complain about unfair cahrges and unfair terms in contract, i complained that they asked me to pay upfront 150 pounds before any consultation took place or contract being signed. They thought this kind of complaint is good enough for me to get a call back from them in 10 days to investigate regarding the matter.the only thing is they asked for my address which is in uk so i qualify as a consumer in this country.I plan to comaplin that the terms of the contract are confusing to me as I am a foreigner with english not a mothertongue and they didnt offer a contract in my mother tongue and they used high pressure techniques to make me sign the contract sing confusing immigration terms.

So I think when you complain you have to be careful that the complaint has relevant terms to the comapny you complain.

Global Visas provided a poor service... i have them an initial deposit of 250 GBP and they didnt reply to me for weeks on end. I ended up making an official complant to the UK immigration authority. To this day i havnt recieved any money back from them.

I decided to go with another UK company called Capital Visas and they were fantastic. They we by far cheaper than Global Visas and provided me my Work Permit really quickly.

Dont GO with Global Visas, goto Capital visas @ www.capitalvisas.com - by far the best.

Sanjit
