[Resolved]  Globus — Inept behavior, unclean glasses, unruly charges

I went for the 5:00 pm show of Life of Pi at Globus in Bandra. After buying my tickets online at BMS, I had to pay extra Rs. 30/pair of 3-D glasses. This is quite normal and usually the charge is for cleaning and sanitizing the glasses. As I decided to pick up my pairs of glasses, not a single one was clean or sanitized, rather had finger marks all over. When questioned, I was responded by saying, finger marks are inevitable while handing over the glasses.

Later, in the break, when I went to get popcorn, for some reason, the popcorn charges had shot up to Rs. 80. Just a week before, I had paid Rs. 60, and a month before that Rs. 40. Also, as I found out, there were a few people who had paid 60 yesterday too. After observing the popcorn seller for a while, I realized, he was random in his charging.

I am quite disappointed n the service of the theater and treatment rendered to its patrons.
