I bought a Girl's top from GLOBUS, Shipra mall as a gift to someone, on 15.6.2014. I later discovered it to be damaged from two sides. On going back to the shop, the manager completely refused to take it back (even thought it was not on sale) and gave me suggestion to get it patched by a tailor. I went for the 5:00 pm show of Life of Pi at Globus in Bandra. After buying my tickets online at BMS, I had to pay extra Rs. 30/pair of 3-D glasses. This is quite normal and usually the charge is for cleaning and sanitizing the glasses.
