[Resolved] Godrej A. C. Window Type 1.5 Ton — Replace Compressor under warranty | |||
I have purchased Godrej Air Conditioner vide Invoice No. 187 dated : 10/08/2011 from M/s Kalyani Agency, Muzaffarpur (Bihar). After 15 days of Installation, The Switch Board stop functioning and in March'2012 ( After lapse of 7 months) Compressor become out of order. On Complaint, the Serevice Centre, Muzaffarpur Take Compressor for Replacement one month ago, But, even after several reminders and personal contacts, Service Centre ignores my request for replacement., In such a Hot Summer, when will the Switch Board and Compressor shall be replaced. Since AC is under warranty, Kindly arrange to Expedite my Complaint, else legal action shall be initiated after 15 days. Dear Sir
we have a Godrej 1.5ton ac in our office there is some problem with the cooling .the com pressure is tripped automatically in every 5 to 10 minutes . please give the perfect help ASAP.
Its almost 2 months gone but no technician is visit our site & when we call at your customer care the executive tell that the call has already closed we are shocked how ??????????????? so once again we are requesting to for a early response please do the needful.
