I mr SWAPAN BANERJEE purchased UPS 800 VA on 19/4/10 after that found the battery is out of order. We complained regarding this matter on 4th june 2010 (docket no 276820) and several times contact them for their help but not getting any response from their sides The price of the inverter is 14,125 and the installation charge is Rs 350 which now useless and like a showpeice. Now the battery need to be replaced by a new one as it is witin the warranty period. Now we want necessary action and justice from consumer forum and I will be grateful for the same.

Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co Ltd — Parcel not delivered

We have send a courier (parcel) through Trackon courier on 18/06/2010 to Pune (size Masters Calibration Services). The docket no.of the courier is[protected].But still date the parcel has not received at destination place.
Also the status of the courier is not updated in the internet. The print out of status sheet has been attached for your reference.

The cost of the material send through courier is Rs.60, 000.You have to pay this amount as a lost of material cost to us.

Sir I have purchased 800 VA inverter 6 months ago. Every time there have some pblm.Already the board has been changed . Now when the mains on the sensor chargiing is blinking. I have changed the fuse, replaced with a new one. . Again it is blinking. Connection from the battery is dismanteld and reset again. but the same problem occurs. What is the actual pblm . Pls clear this problem
