Sir, I had bought a tea coffee vending machine of godrej company through its distributor . At the time of selling they told us that they will diver the premix used in it for coffee or tea on our requirements in routine basis . I used their premix delivery service regularly on my requirements but now a days when I'm asking them to deliver then they are giving excuses that for such small quantity they can't deliver it . Even I gave them 15-20days...

Dear Sir, I purchase a wardrob from the above co under invoice no F:63093 On 1/3/15 with a delivery time of 3-4 weeks.But the product was supplied on 29/4/15 and on assembling by the co on 1/5/15 it was found defective.and replacement is made on 12/6/15. so the product was committed to supply with in 3-4 weeks from 1/3/15 it was finally usable to me on 12/6/15 after so many phone calls and emails. So the above company should pay the compensation...

I mr SWAPAN BANERJEE purchased UPS 800 VA on 19/4/10 after that found the battery is out of order. We complained regarding this matter on 4th june 2010 (docket no 276820) and several times contact them for their help but not getting any response from their sides The price of the inverter is 14,125 and the installation charge is Rs 350 which now useless and like a showpeice.
