Sir, I had bought a tea coffee vending machine of godrej company through its distributor . At the time of selling they told us that they will diver the premix used in it for coffee or tea on our requirements in routine basis . I used their premix delivery service regularly on my requirements but now a days when I'm asking them to deliver then they are giving excuses that for such small quantity they can't deliver it . Even I gave them 15-20days for delivery too but they didn't delivered by saying as they can't deliver such small quantity . This is my first complaint against them and my second complaint is that as they send me expired premix 4 months back . We were never checking the expiry before but that day suddenly we checked it and found expired . Now I want to file complaint against them that how can they deliver such expired product to us . It's 100% possible as they must have provided us expired material in past too because they never check or write it's packing dates on the bill .
