Godrej — Never received a service person from Godrej | |||
Hi Team, I bought a (GSC12FS3) 1.0 ton 3 Star Split AC on 30/April/2011 from Girias Investment PVT. LTD., Anna nagar east, chennai -102 and was installed on 01/May/2011. After three days of installation the cooling was not working. I registered a compliant on 10/May/2011. Till today 27/May/2011 I didn't receive any call from the service technician to look on this issue. I called the customer care and queried about this and never got a proper response from them. They will say that they assigned a technician to look on this. AC was bought and kept for no use. I have asked them atleast to refund the money. They try to convince us, if we ask for manager or any supervisor they say that there is no such person in their organization to take of this.
