[Resolved]  godrej home appliances — Poor service

Sir,

here by i share my bad experience with Godrej home appliances, I registered for a service request for godrej air conditioner on 03.05.2011, and my complaint number is 450132 , after several follow ups i catched them on 05.06.2011 it takes more than 30 days for a single sevice request, after that they( (Mr.Ibrahim[protected],) checked and they told the blower was broken and took the blower along with them on 05.06.2011, the service guy promised to replace the same within 2 - 3 days time , i made a call several times, they are saying that the blower was not available in there unit( whole pan India) still (21.06.20011) there is no response from service center( Mr.Saravanan - [protected]).Kindly do favour in this regard.
