[Resolved] godrej home appliances — complaint for creating bogus service call | |||
Dear Sir, Some days back I received a telephonic call from your representative to my mobile no. that our house is closed and he is unable to carry out the service of our refrigerator. I informed him that we are out of Delhi due to some family emergency and shall contact Godrej after coming back to Delhi. Now I have received a SMS dated[protected] from Godrej Helpline No: [protected] which has shocked and surprised me. In spite of the fact that we have not lodged any call for servicing, a bogus service call 118389 has been created in your records and fictitious service has also been completed. This action of your representative is not only unethical and unprofessional but a case of theft of my identity and amounts to forgery. This action has given me lot of tension and harassment, when I m still coping with my family emergency and very far away from our house. Please look into the matter at the earliest. I was purchase a semi automatic machine from navrang electronic laxmi nagar on 28 oct 2009 SERIAL NO [protected] PRODUTION DATE 2009 MODEL NO GDS 950 IN FAULTS IN MACHINE:-
1. BOTH COVER ARE BOT OPEN PROPERLY.
2. HIS DRIER MOTOR CHANGED AFTER 2 MONTHS OF PURCHASING.
3. EVERY 15 DAYS A NEW PROBLEM I FACE AND REQUEST TO RESOLVE TO GODREJ BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVE PRORPER RESPONSE WHOLE PIECE ARE FAULTY.
4. I FRUSTED WITH THEM I PURCHASE IT BECAUSE GODREJ IS BRAND NAME IN MKT BUT IF THEY DELIVERED THIS TYPE OF PIECE SO M NOT THINK THAT COMPANY WILL RUN LONG TIME I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE CHANGE MY PIECE OR GIVE ME PROPER SOLUTION FOR THIS . CELL NO [protected] CHETAN RUSTAGI
