[Resolved] Godrej Pentacool Refrigerator — godrej has poor quality conrol | |
i bought godrej pentacool refrigerator in late 2006.our family is old customer of godre in case of refrigerators "godrej" is always the first choice.but this time we feel "cheated" and "betrayed" by the product.the refrigerator has broken down dozens of time in last 2 years.there is no proper cooling in refrigerator but freezer is good.at times it suddenly stops cooling leading to staling and rottening of stuff inside.i request the company to look into the matter and if product itself is not upto the mark then please take it away from the market so that others are not cheated.i am also considering to lodge a case with "consumer forum" regarding this matter as i have come to know that product itself was a failure but then also it was launched in the market. kshitendra verma DATE-7/6/2008 I.A.S Was this information helpful? | |

Some 10years back I purchased a Godrej Refrigerator "Double door frostfree 185lts" model. On my job I went to Vizag for a 2years after I came from Vizag my refrigerator was not working(it was not used for 2 years). Some of local refrigerator technical person checked they told some spares was not working, we replaced that spares, then also it was not working. Again technical person told that there was a problem in Compressure, but there was not confident on that problem. So, please it will be nice of you if you give me a help on this issue.

Godrej Pentacool — about door handle
we bought a rfrigerater in last year and i facing a problem with door handle which is brokening automaticly. i allready given complent but no responce.Godrej Pentacool Refrigerator — Complaint No. 132624 of 18.04.09
A complaint about improper cooling of the refrigerator was booked vide complaint No. 132624 dated 18.04.09. The same has not been attended till date (25.04.09).
