Bad After Sell Service & Bad Behavior and Defected Items of Godrej Refrigerator
I have purchased a Godrej Refrigerator model no. GD3 23CS2 FRPST Steel, from “RAJ ELECTRONICS”, Bhubaneswar on 26-Jun-2010 by Rs. 11,500/-. Even up to 15 days no one has come from Godrej Electronics for demo also. After giving several complains, concern person has come and he found that the Refrigerator is defected and it needs repair. But as per Zonal manager the defected Refrigerator has been replaced on 1st Week of Aug’10 which was also a defected Refrigerator and the same was confirmed by another electrical / technical staff of “Godrej Company”.
The problems of the Refrigerator are:
1. Formation of Excess Ice due to excess cooling,
2. Leakage of Ice Water from the chilling tray,
3. Air pass inside the Refrigerator due to defected door,
4. Problem in Thermo Starter & Defrosting.
After that we have given numerous complains to the concern company, but till date no action has been taken. Even sometime we have to hear slang words / no response.
When we speak with Sales Manager, as per him the defected piece will be replaced.
But, the ASM says we have to pay more then the market price for the new replaced piece of Refrigerator.
Now we are confused either it is a crime to give a complain to Godrej Company regarding its defected item?.
I would like to refund back of my money from the concern company along with compensation.

I have purchased a Godrej Refrigerator from “MODERN ELECTRONICS.”, KHADKI on 09-may-2010 by Rs. 10, 500/- No one has come from Godrej Electronics for demo also. After giving several complains, (date and no.927765 11 jun 2010. 2) date.29. nov.2011 and no. 836923) concern person has come and he found that the Refrigerator is defected and it needs repair. But as per area manager told Refrigerator has been replaced on 15/20 days of nov’10 which was also a defected Refrigerator and the same was confirmed by another electrical / technical staff of “Godrej Company”.
The problems of the Refrigerator are:
