Sir,
I own a Godrej ultra refrigerator . I filed a complaint on 17/05/09 in your call center regarding non working of my refrigerator, your executives told us that, complain would be sorted by monday itself, i.e. 18/05/09 . Your engineer came on monday, he checked the refrigerator & said compressor isnt working & it needs to be replaced . He said he will send someone next day with compressor, that falls on 19/05/09 . But no one came till now & today is 20/05/09 . I have called on your customer care about 8-10 times in last 2 days but no action has been taken till now by your working staff .I had an interaction with Mr. Rahul on your call center number, he said that he has forwarded the complaint but till now nothing has happened .This act of your honourable staff shows how much professionals are they . Please sort out this matter as soon as possible . I am really fed up of your unprofessionalism & services rendered by you .

I had lodged the complain on 30th June 2009, for the voltage stabilizer problem, SR no. 441971, and assured that complaint will be attended on next day, there after till 9th July, 2009 I had called to customer care at least 6 times, every times, customer care representative giving thier grivences for not attending and assuring that it will be attened immediately, This time I was on hold By Mr. Suraj, from customer care office.
On 9th also I talked to Miss Shilpa, - senior executive around 18.00 hrs, she also assured me that it will be attened

Again on 10th I had called to SMART CAREat 14.00 hrs., again I talked to Ms. Shilpa, she assured me that technician will reach within 3 hrs, i.e. up 17.00 hrs of 10th July, Even on 10th, till 21.00 hrs no one came to attend the call. Again at 21.15 hrs, talked to Mr. Suraj, again normal practices, such as sorry for not atttending.

Again on 11 July at 18.00 hrs talked to Amit, Ms. Shilpa, she forwared call to their senior Executive Mr. Vijay (Cell No.[protected], he assured me that by next day first call will be your.

Again on 12, around 14.00 hrs called to SMART CARE, talked to Mr. Karan, he told me that on Sunday services are closed, I wonder to hear that the how Mr. Vijay, a senior person w/o knowing assured for the weekly off working.

All the above communication were done on Customer Care No.[protected].

Could we understand from the above all communication, service, given by, a reputed company like GODREJ, the above type SMART CARE
With this all will uderstand by your logo " DO CALL US AGAIN WE WANT TO SERVE YOU" to take a smart care of Godrej customer.

    On[protected] we purchased one new pentacool Godrej refrigirator at Tikare Electronics Dharwad and I have recieved the Item in the evening at that time Mains was failure and was restored in the[protected] morning. On[protected] we swicthed on the refrigirator only in side lamp is glowing and no cooling was observed and I same complint to the dealer, and 14:37 I have recieved on SMS LM-Godrej and he is given a call-no.855965. on[protected] I have contacted your toll free no.[protected] and they have promsed me that they have already given the complaint tothe service engineer and he will attend the complaint today i.e.[protected]hrs 1900hrs, so I taken one day casual leave and stayed in the house but your service engineer is not came or not even he has curtesy to contact me. In the evening 2045 I once agian contacted[protected] he is telling your service engineer is commng tommorrow after so many requisting he is not told your Email address. Now you tell me you is paying me tomorrows leave

    I am Dwarkesh Velingkar, Residence of Goa. On[protected] we purchased one new pentacool Godrej refrigiretor. Dealer Service is very good (Desai Electricals, Dada Vaidya chowk, Ponda-Goa). No doubt about it. But on[protected] I have contacted your Service Centre in Goa ( INSTANT SERVICES )authorised service centre for godrej appliances. FLAT NO:81/C, NEAR ZONAL AGRICULTURAL OFFICE, VALPOI SATTARI-GOA. regarding compaint, which your service engineer has attened on proper time that is on 30/12/2008. At the same time he promised me that they will give the door replacement service and he has also written in customer memo copy about the door replacement. he told that it will take 1 month for it. but now it is almost 5 months. we called him many times bt he is saying 2moro or after 4 days or busy these days. How many times customer should call your service engineers. He has taken full address nd even a contact no o[censored]s regarding this compaint. Not even he has curtesy to contact me. THE SERVICE CALL NOS of Godrej in Goa: [protected], [protected], [protected].
    wow!!! glad to see I am not the only one to kick the products of godrej. This may be a largest company in home products (claimed by godrej itself). I purchased a Godrej window AC from some Deepak Agencies in Ajmer. He took al the payment assuring free installation. He promised to install before 10 am next day. I called him at 12 pm and he said we forgot to install your product and we will send some one to install it. Nobdy came till 3 when called them again asked them to take their product back they said we didn't sell any product to you and you make your own arrangements to get it installed. After so many requests they send someone who didn't belong to their company. He also said that if godrej can't provide the service why they sell product. Now the picture of godrej was clear to me. Now after 2 months someone came to me asking if you have any godrej product. I m cursing the day I purchased godrej ac. I lodged a complaint that I am facing noice problem and also water logging is there in the ac. Today two guys came to me an when I told them about the problem they started laughing. Now thay are saying that the ac is not properly installed. YOU HAVE TO PAY AGAIN TO GET IT PROPERLY INSTALLED. What a ****ing company I m dealing with. If these guys fail to install it properly then pay again to get it reinstalled. Nice way of fooling customers. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. Godrej shall outsource their service inquiries to LG or SAMSUNG

    I have purchased one godrej refrigerator from bajaj finance. After four months we have seen a crack inner body. Then i register a complain in online no, my call no is [protected] and my complain no is 762. After this complain one executive visit my house and say manufacturing defect. We will visit again and solve this complain. But till date problem is not solved. Please look this matter otherwise i will go in consumer forums.

      Dealer : Video Plaza, Bhiringe, Durgapur


      My above mentioned refrigerator is not working properly for quite sometime, either the inner light is not glowing or the defrost system is not working or the compressor not functioning, which were all communicated to the dealer several times & they had attended to the problems 2-3 times but with unsatisfactory result and that too has been intimated to them, of course in good faith only verbally.
      Finally on 26/04/09, the said fridge was completely shut down and I again informed the dealer. They had sent a technician but he could not repair the same. On 02/05/09, my wife had a telephonic conversation with Mr. Kaushik, who looks after the Kolkata region and he assured us that our problem will be solved soon. But till date nothing has been done.
      I am a Senior Divisional Manager of The New India Assurance Co. Ltd, posted at Siliguri and my family is at Durgapur and it is not possible in this summer heat to stay without refrigerator & AC at Durgapur. My family is facing a problem and it is very urgent that the said fridge be repaired immediately.
      I regret to say that I am harassed by the company of national repute for such a common problem.

        I have a Godrej Ultra, purchased about 10 years back. Right from day one it is giving problems.
        No engineer has been able to rectify it to the best of our satisfation. "No-cooling" is a perpetual problem.
        I have been repeatedly taking the AMC's. The service at Hyderabad is pathetic.

        Just an example :

        I have made a call regarding no-cooling on 7th July, 2009 (comp. No. 586661), and the problem still persists. The Service Centre[protected] no. keeps ringing perpetually. (It is a bonus if we are able to speak to someone.) Intially, the engineer told that gas has to be filled. That took a week. After filling, the problem still persisted. That required another booking (No. 588077) on 13/7/09. Then after numerous call, the engineer told that the compressor has to be replaced. This took another five days. The compressor was replaced on 22/7/9. After that, the on opening the fridge it was giving electrical shock. The nos. 27537523 and 39127282 were immediately informed and an engineer was deputed on 23/7/9 who informed that the problem was with the compressor. Since then there has been no communication from the service centre. There is no intimation to us about any engineer's visit from the service centre and the call receiving centre,[protected] just makes all the right noises of being considerate and inform politely that the request would be forwarded. Every day a minimum of two to three calls are made to the no. 27537523 and they are not aware of the status of when the engineer would be deputed.

        The fridge since 7/7/09 has become a dummy. Despite taking an AMC, nobody bother to communicate
        the status, when an engineer would be deputed. This is the state of affairs at the Hyderabad centre.

        I request you to kindly take this piece called "refrigerator" and save me from mental agony which I have
        suffering from day one. I had purchased this fridge just on the name brand name "Godrej". I am writing this, since I am sure that Godrej would definitely make amends for the same.

          Sir,



          I have purchased a Godrej Pentacool Refrigerator 200L Model No. GPP 220S ZOP S.No.[protected]C41 on 16th April 2007 from Prithvi Electronics, Supela Bhilai CG with finance from Shriram Com Veh. Finance Ltd.

          Within six months the paint-coating started coming out. Now even before completing two years it does not cool properly.



          I have contacted the seller but I got a negative answer from him.



          The manufacturer gave 10 years warrantee but in just paper. Can I get justice to replace the Fridge fully or partially?

              Bad customer service. Charged for service but issue not resolved

              I own a godrej fully automatic Washing machine.
              I had logged a complaint bearing call# 885940.

              During transit, the top panel of the machine was damaged and the washing drum used to slide down when clothes and water was added into it.
              I called Godrej Smart Care and lodged a complaint. This was forwarded to United Home Care at Noida.

              Initially a person visited my home and had a sight of the washing...

              I have purchased a Godrej Refrigerator Model V2 GDP-195 on 3.10.2008 from your dealer "Video Plaza", Muchipara, Durgapur - 713212. There was a gift offer of 3 pcs Non-stick cookware on that purchase. But your Dealer unable to give me the aforesaid gift at that time. I have requested your dealer in several times to give me that gift. After one month they have given a gift pack which was not packed properly and partly open. Whenever I opened the pack I found that instead of three pcs of cookware, there was only one piece. I refused the gift instantly. Till now the dealer saying that they could not do anything in this regard because the problem is from Godrej's end. Please verify and reply as soon as possible.

              I think this type of problem will hamper the Godrej's goodwill and loss of business in long run.

                I am hvaing complain registered under # 325202 but godrej service centre not doing reapir properly they colelcted rs. 350/- says shifitng charges and refilled gas but despite that freeze not working ice is getting melt in freezer. they are not attending and just every day we are facing problem of calling service centre. my freeze is under AMC # [protected] FREEZE PRCHASED ON 14TH APRIL 2004. CONTRACT EXPIRES ON 7TH AUGUST 2009.

                  First the colling function is not working properly. Fault attended by local service engineer and the relay was replaced with new one.
                  The refrigerator worked two days. After two days the total function of refrigerator is stoped. Again the local engineer attended the advice me to replace the compressor with a new one, because compressor motor winding is in short circuit, you can try to start the refrigerator the fuse link in your house will be broken due to this short circuit. As such I decide to replace the compressor. I am in Virudhunagar, near madurai in Tamil Nadu. please give the details of your compressor dealer and authorised service centre.

                  Dear sir, my godrej ref.263 ltr model-gfe28c purchased on 3-4-2008 became again def.on[protected].I lodged a com.the same day vide complaint no.795658.Some person visited my house on 22/9 and told that copressor is showing short circuit and will be replaced on 23/9 as it is under gaurenty.How ever no body came on.I called yr.local service center at Lucknow who told me that compressuer is out of stock and it will take atleast three days and assure me that it will surely be relaced by 26-09-09.On 27 and 28 they did not respond probably they were enjoing holidays.On 29/9 I again called sercice manager Mr.Atul Tiwari who told that it will be replaced by today or tomorow.Today on 30-09-09 again he told me that it will be done today after 5pm.I am still waiting and am not sure by what date my refrigerater will be ok
                  Should I mention that I am a senior sitizen and am totally dis-satisfide with this attitude.Will some senior officer take personal attention and get my ref. repaired earliest.Thanks

                    Dear Sirs
                    I am writing this mail out o[censored]tter frustration after more than 9 weeks my complaint remains unresolved despite regular follow-up with Godrej at all levels.
                    I am still regretting my decision of purchasing a Godrej refrigerator model GFP 430 Y on[protected]. During its guarantee, its display was repaired through your pitiable service after several follow-ups and the personnel behaved as if they did a great favor of accomplishing something that was impossible otherwise. And exactly, this was the reason that was given for the delay of more than a month.
                    Now for the past more than 9 weeks I am after you to replace three shelves of my refrigerator at my cost because without shelves, the fridge is merely occupying space in my house as a broken piece of souvenir. You have asked me to speak to all the staff of Godrej at Bhopal, Mr. Arora, Mr.Ahmad, Mr. Mukherjee, etc. and as demanded by you, and to present the broken shelve at your service station located at Jawahar Chowk area, Bhopal. The people manning your service station indicated that till I had visited their office, in the 2nd week of Oct. 08, my several complaints and reminders on telephone had not been even registered. Till today, my problem has not been attended.

                      this is a final email or complain from my side. i have a godrej refrigeretor bearing model no. GFP 430 X. since february of ths year, i have been repeatedly calling godrej customer care of bhopal and its head office, filing few email complaints as well. with so much regretion i have to admit that Godrej s one of the most irresponsible compnies of India having no value for its customers at all and i mean it. Many a times your people came, contacted us, took my refrigerator to your service centre here at bhopal but wern't able to rectify the problem. since last few months i have been contacting the concerned authorities to replce the product but nothing happened. After its return from the workshop the new transformation which i happened to figure out was just new beautiful SCRATCHES on its body, without a change in its functionality. i have spent far too much calling the customer care and now it has cost my temper. i will be approaching the leagal authorities at the earliest if nothing concrete is being done on our behalf. Please take it really seriously. i also had a chair which dates a few years back. it had a snag upon delivery itself. i comlained aout it but afterall nothing was done. the problem still persists. my refrigerator is home to rotten food, cockroaches, ants of all sizes and types, spiders and etc...sort of a mini domestic zoo... you may be having lots of fun reading it but let me asure you that i m very serious this time. hoping nothing will be done on your part, i wait for a day and will be approaching the legal procedure to make things right.

                      I have also a complaint & I already send a letter through register AD & many mails & many calls but nothing has been done yet.
                      I purchased a new 221 liters single door refrigerator on 23.01.09 from your dealer in Hyderabad Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co Ltd, G.R.R. Godown Complex, Byramulguda, L.B.Nagar. Till now your technician has not come to give the demo of the refrigerator.

                      Request you to do the needful immediately.

                      Dear Sir/Mam,
                      I am the resident of Jui Nagar Navi mumbai, and my family is one the good godrej customer,
                      On 4th Apr. at from Company sale
                      I book the godrej Refregerator C2 Model and i paid the 500/-, At the time of devilery,
                      That model was not C2 model which booked, They people send me the B2 model which is not
                      same as shown in demo and which i booked.

                      So i talked to sales person, he said rudely that model model are same and C2 model will deliver to you
                      You can take this model otherwise revert the refrejerator and ur booking amount will pay to you.

                      My requested to you, please do my favour and take action against salesman and godrej company.
                      I'm looking reply & action soon.

                      I had given a complaint regarding no-cooling in my Godrej Ultra (235 ltrs.) on 7/7/07 at Hyderabad. Till date the problem has not been solved. Initially, they told that there was a gas problem. It took a week for the gas to be filled. But, the problem continued. Then, they said it was a compressor problem, and since, the stock had to be procured from Mumbai, it took another week for the same to be done. After replacement of the compressor, we were subjected to electrical shocks on opening the fridge. This was
                      reported immediately. It is a week since then and there is silence from the customer care centre at Hyderabad. I keep making a few phone calls daily basis regarding the problem of my fridge, but, no convincing answer is given. This ritual is on for the past one week.

                      I have come to the end of my tether. The service centre manager nor the Area Manager respond to my
                      calls on their mobile.

                      The piece is a problematic one right from the day it was purchased about 10 years ago. I have been repeatedly taking AMCs, which I feel is a waste of my hard earned money, as a problem takes ages for getting solved. The customer service is pathetic.

                      I had taken this fridge just on the brand name GODREJ. I hope Godrej makes amends and replace my defective piece for the mental agony my family and myself have been suffering since it was purchased.

                      I had a Godrej refrigerator purchased way back in 1985. It worked well till 2008 when it developed some troubles and we decided to buy a new one. We bought a new one on 10.12.2008. It is a model GDE 19C2 of 183 ltr capacity. Of late it developed a trouble. Whenever there is loadshedding the machine starts leaking. I tried to inform the servicing dept on phone and I could not get any of the numbers I sent the complaint thru email. Since last ten days I had sent atleast three emails. Sadly no one has been deputed to look into the defect. There was a email asking for my home address which was given although in my original mail I had sent it. On 27th July there was a phone call asking for the complaint and assured that the mechanic would visit on the next day i.e., 28th July. Again no one came.
                      I had a great regard for the Godrej but have been disappointed at the indifferent attitude of your centre here in Lucknow.I shall be thankful if you could do something to make the person check my refrigerator. I have also to add that there is provision of one mandatory visit in one year after 20 days of purchase. Even this visit has not been done though more than eaight months have passed.

                      My GODREJ refrigerator was having problem with comprosser and your service provider "EXCEL TECHNO SERVICES " Hyderabad.Took money for warranty extension for one year and they told they will repiar after 45 days from the date of warranty extension took . I logged a call with customer support on 04/8/2009 till now noboday attended if i call the customer care i came to know call was closed with an update problem resolved . One of your call centre suppervisor SILPA was told the she will try to rectify the problem by coordiantring concern person from EXCEL Techno Services but even after also no responce . when i called to Excel supervisor he was telling he didnt no about this call and he switched off his mobile and telling about the rules and timings . when they took money excel person Akram called even after night 10 clock for warranty extension money and he collected monet at morning 7 o clock . But when i ask for service they are telling they dont have the part and giving headstrong answer . After i logged call i didnt receive any call from customer care or from the service provider but call closed with out any information to me . i love the godrej produts but this incident disappointed and shows how the service pathatic situvation with a bad impression . please request you kindly take an action and provide the service immediatly . its been morethan a month i logged a call but no responce . when you guys want money for warranty extension i got so many calls when service required no body is responsible. when godrej wants money that time no timings no rules when required service they will tell us timings and rules . when money wants they will come at any time night 11:00 pm also but when service required works timings they will tell . this is one way of cheating the customers

                        My Godrej refrigerator (8 years old) is not working properly. There is no ice inside the freezer as well as in the trays kept for freezing ice. What can be the exact problems? Please let me know the nearest Godrej Service Centre as I am staying in Ghaziabad near Vivek Vihar.
                        I have purchased new refrigerator (MODEL No. GDE 23 C2, SR No.[protected] on 14th Mar 2009 from Radhika sales corporation, Pimpri.
                        When we had started the refrigerator, we came to know that the compressor was making more noise than normal. We thought that it will be ok after one or two day. After four days, condition was same. Finally we have given complaint to service station (Complaint number: XXXXXX ). After 4 days Technician had visited & given the report that Compressor is making noise & it should be replace.
                        We did not get any answer for next 8 days. Again we called to service station to know the status of our complaint. Next day on 09th April 2009, technician had came & replaced the compressor (I don’t know if it is new one). But the new compressor is making more noise than the previous one. Also the water tray is fouling with new compressor. (This is new problem. I think the compressor is not suitable with our refrigerator model).
                        Again I have submitted my complaint on 10th April 2009, This time I got answer from Manager that he will send the senior person. The senior technician Mr. Biradar had visited on 10th April 2009 in the evening. He had checked the refrigerator & he noted all the things with photographs that
                        1. The compressor is making lot of noise,
                        2. The fouling of water tray with new compressor.
                        3. There is gap between door bedding & refrigerator.
                        He has given his feedback to Mrs. Arati (Radhika sales corporation) that refrigerator should be replaced. I came to know when I visited to Radhika sales, Pimpri.
                        So, as usual I called to service manager Mr. Manu Sharma ([protected]). But I got answer from someone else that Mr. Sharma is out of pune. I have called several times in a week. Thank God! He has received my call after one week (on 20th April 2009) & promised me to send sanction letter of replacement. After two day I enquired about the same & he told me that he has forwarded the sanction letter for approval & he did not get the approval. And till date I get the same answer.
                        I would like to know that still how many days I have to suffer due to the Godrej. I am fed up with these answers. I am feeling now that I made a mistake by purchasing the Godrej Refrigerator. We used to switch off the refrigerator in the night due to the compressor noise. Why should we suffer this? I spent my lot of money on making calls to service station. Why should I spend my time to making follow up? If I am getting this kind of service, how can I go for Godrej Products in feature or refer to someone. Let me know the exact date when you are giving me replacement of refrigerator.

                        I have submitted my complaint before 1 ½ month still I have to wait.
                        More over, if the compressor does not work, Godrej charges Rs.750 for Gas refilling which is not fair. Gas leaks due to problem in compressor and so customer should not be charged for it.
                        what are the reasons to change the refrigirator compressor or what sort of problems occur

                          After filing complaint no. 225905 the technician said that the gas in the compressor needs to be filled. Subsequently he filled it and then again there was a problem in cooling. On second inspection, the technician Narendra said that the condensor needs to be replaced. Now it is past one week and only today I have been told to lodge another complaint with Godrej. The complaint no. is 281084 and I am waiting for the technician to come and do the needful. I must say that service conditions are very bad.
                          We have recently purchased a 250lt refrigerator and from few days it is not at all cooling and its compressor has stopped working

                            I am having a godrej refiregerator . I am residing in Noida . In the month of June 2009 there was some problem in my refiregerator . Through Just Dial[protected] i had asked for godrej authorised service center to get my fridge repaired .
                            A person from

                            ROYAL SERVICE

                            came and told he ws from godrej authorised centre . Accorging to him there was some gas problem
                            and gas was to be filled . He charged around 1500 for gass + service charges.and one year warranty
                            of gass is given

                            after filling of gass there was some noice started in fridge. i contacted the person on the above mentioned phone he told it will go after some time .

                            now the wire which is outside visible on the back side of fridge on that the ice is being accoumuted.
                            I tried to contact on above number the are now not working.

                            Yesterday again I called a godrej authorised person ashi electronics [protected] he said again some gass adjustment is required and he will charge 1200/-or I sholud call the previous person
                            But i am unable to contact them

                            i am holding 1 year gass warranty receipt issued on 22/06/2009 valid to 21/6/2010.

                            Please help.

                                i lodged my complaint on 31/07/2008 & my complint no. was 218213, the person came after 2 days and confirmed at home that i have set it right.but unfortunately when i turned from office the power was cut-off.i coudnt made that what he has done, again i called in the morning the another person came, very hurrily he checked that fridge has got fused and timer is not working.he changed the timer &went of.the moment he went of it didnt defrost and it stopped working after an hour since it was saturday, ihad to wait for monday.i lodged complaint in the morning again 9am, mr sahil they said will come, now today is wednesday nobody turned up.we cannot store food, no milk, water,

                                I will like to share this with everyone that buying a Godrej refrigerator has been the most frustrating experience of my Life. Being a Laparoscopic Surgeon I have faced many challenges but this has been the toughest one. Coming home after tiring work at night only to find my wife fighting over why we bought Godrej refrigerator, its again not working has been a frequent happening. Ever since we bought this refrigerator around 2 years back we have been facing this trouble. With rising temperature outside, the temperature inside my house goes up several Kelvin’s not infrequently with our refrigerator out of order. Many a times my wife has suggested dumping this fridge out into garbage but I have not done it till date due to false hopes shown by Godrej Co. service people again and again. They always say that it will be the last time now but shamelessly come and repeat it again. Many a times they don’t pick our phone deliberately. Krishan their dealer, owning Rohani service station at Sonipat does not respond in less than 10 calls on weekdays and never on weekends. Vikram a fellow from Delhi office who had promised me that You will never have problem after converting it to manual, also now does not pick up my phone. I tried calling him from various numbers but he is least concerned, why shall he be, he is getting his pay.

                                I and my Family are suffering again here since two days now. Some Kunal from Rohani Services came just now to the house (today is Saturday, May 17, 2008) just to say that I can’t do anything at this time, You will have to wait till Monday.

                                This refrigerator has been taken to their service station more than 10 times, and sometimes for 3 days without any stand by facility. Imagine Your life without a Fridge on a hot summer day. They have also come for repair at our home 8 another occasions. Every time they have a new excuse. You keep on calling them, and they don’t care to respond, disgusting.

                                I would like any Manager to just keep himself at my place and I am sure he will feel most disappointed.

                                I strongly feel there is some manufacturing defect in this piece but…………..

                                Now I plan this,
                                1. I shall go to consumer court for the harassment I have been facing since last two years continuously.
                                2. Secondly I am going to get 200000 pamplets printed explaining the suffering I have undergone and suggesting the obvious and getting them distributed all over my city..
                                3. I am going to mail this to various websites like Mouthshut.com which give opinions about various products
                                4. Last but not the least I am daily going to Pray to Almighty God to make them suffer who are responsible for my and my family’s suffering.

                                I purchased a refrigerator on 14 Aug 09 by an agent from M/s.Godrej Ltd. He conveyanced us for exchange offer. My previous refrigerator was quite well and cooling. But in spite of this I purchased your refrigerator. A refrigerator was sent at our residence which is not in fuctional state. I tried my best that any body will come from your customer service/centre or agent. Nobody is picking phone. The agent has taken money and run away. and a non-functional refrigerator has given us and our good conditioned refrigerator has been taken by your esteemed company. I want my newly bought refrigerator may be installed properly and be given in proper condition.

                                I am sriram, In march i have purchased a refigrator nearly Rs14000, in bhimavaram.Now the condition of the refirigrator is not at all good.I have called many times for the godrej agency regarding this complaint,no one is taking care of this.I think this is not a good service provided by the godrej.Please take care of this complaint in high priority.

                                The problems I have faced By refrigrator are:

                                1)Their have deliverd the refrigrator to home on the purchase of the day,after opening the refrigrator, we found some Bendings for the refrigrator.We have a talk to godrej agency their said if you have any problem regarding the working please contact us we will be available 24]/7.

                                2)The Gas has been leaked with in 15 days.

                                "I have never thought this kind of service provided by the Godrej refrigrator".
                                "I thought it is a number1 product in refrigrator".

                                Frequent fault observed with my Godrej refrigerator (Godrej RF 25 AC ) which was purchased on 09/04/2012 from M/s Bharath Electonics, Calicut,Kerala with a payment of Rs 12800/-.Same was repaired by your service representative from M/s DIAMOND SERVICES, Calicut, Kerala on 10/08/2012 with complaint No; 680645.I have paid an amount Rs 870/- for Service charge + Spare parts charge. Now again the above Refrigerator showing the same fault from 08/09/2012. Please ensure fault free working of above Refrigerator as this a new one. I request you please ensure that this service should be a Free of Cost Service, because this a frequent fault on same nature due to poor quality. Please do needful for early action on this matter.

                                  I have a Godrej Refrigator which i got in my dowry last year 09/02/2007. it okay not very well if you compare with any other brand of Refrigator. Since from approx. one month i am clearly observing the problem of not cooling the things properly. even in Friger i.e tray the ice is coming on half of the area rest is not occupied by the ice.

                                  Pls look into the matter and solve the problem, send the really knowlegable technician who can rectify the problem

                                    IPurchased My Godrej Refrigerator in August 2008, and in September figured an issue with regard to freezer door and registered a complaint #996736. After few calls a technician visited our place and confirmed that the door needs to be replace, After that no one turned up. After innumerous calls got a response that the stack is not present. But till date haven't done anything to get that replaced.

                                    The customer service is too bad and truly regret in a getting a Godrej Refrigerator.
                                    Iam also face problem of rust and the response of company is very poor no one bothered after the sale of the product godrej is totally cheated to public but iam plan to fight against the godrej I want help of all consumers who in trouble after purchasing godrej product.Thanks

                                    We have Godrej Refrigerator of capacity 183 ltrs purchased by us on 27th April, 2009.

                                    We have first faced difficulty with complain of Door problem. the lock is not working and cocraches and other insects are coming into the regrigerator. we have called godrej customer care 5 times in this month. only one time the technician has attended. but the problem has not been rectified. the bulb is also not working since immediately after the technician went out. atleast the technician also not been attending.

                                      We have Godrej Refrigerator of capacity 235 ltrs and model GF 24 purchased by us on march 2004

                                      We have first faced difficulty with complain of compressor problem within a yer and which was under warranty and got replaced with lot many difficulty and hard chasing with service center,

                                      Now our fridge was getting colled but not so nicely and we faced a problem of water dripping inside the refrigerator, after several calls service people turn to us after 7 days time and then ask to be sent to there service center, now it is almost 20 days now where in we have send the fridge for a small problem of water dripping in these peak summer season,

                                      Now those didnt lift the phone, on our personnel visit they always find excuse that they are testing, everyday thet giove a new date and very bad performance and bad service response,

                                      We are fedup with a company like Godreg having such a bad service people with no responsibilty and ownership to solve the problem,

                                      On asking they refuse to give teh no or email id of there bosses in Godreg
                                      We request to pls help us with the solution and making the thing done atthe earliest

                                      I had purchased a 230 Lt Fridge of Godrej make from Vijay Sales. M/S Vijay Sales is worst ever company ever seen in India! First instance the compressor is not OK. Then again replaced by a differenct color and then again replacement.
                                      After this, then Godrej Service case to see how they harass the customer. First of all, call will go on hold for unlimited time unless you disconnect. Then sometimes, it is considered to respond with a reply that contact my subordinate for it! The biggest joke made by the person!
                                      This is the fate of Indian Customer!!!

                                      I have similar bad experience with Godrej Pentacool refrigerator as their service is just horrible and the service centre fellows just cheat us. They only want to sell some spares and take the consumers for a ride. I had severe compressor problems and the refrigerator never worked satisfacfactorily. I had bought it from Khosla Electronics, Kolkata in 2004 and my overall experience is just terrible on this product and the service. I advise all to be careful before choosing any Godrej product.
                                      i have bought 304lt godrej eon on 15th of may still they did not attened for demo. I have called customer call center daily, for call center say that they will send today, but none of they turn to us. there service is worst, past on week i am calling their response is poor. so whor are deicide to buy godrej be careful because service is worssssst.
                                      i purchase goderj eon refrigerator two week ago. from company no one come for demo. so we call and inform to customer care they say they will send today this the response for past 2 weeks but no one come, so here after i will say to my friends not buy godrej product. due to my experience i will suggest to u also.

                                      Godrej-Refrigerator — Bad service

                                      I have purchase one Godrek 19-B refrigerator on 3rd April 2009. It was working properly till 20th may 2009. So on 24th May 2009 I have logged one compalint with Godrej Smart care. My complaint no is 899364. They are saying that my area is in NCR so they are giving once in a week service in my area. I agreed that. One electrician also visited my home and he was saying that there is some gas is block in my Refrigerator. I agreed. Then he was saying that he can only inspect the equipment, another person will chek the fault and fill the gas in it. Till now no one came to my door. Daily i spending 20 to 30 rs to call to customer care. Daily they are saying that ya sir today we will resolve ur issue. Now they are notaking me serious. Before completing my sentence they peopple are saying Thank you for calling Godrej, have a great day. I have talked with Vinod, Amit and Deepak, Ashu. Ritika reagrding my concern.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I have purchased a referigerator BL-19 180 L model few days back ( 25 days ), on friday night 12-06-09 it stopped working . After complaining to customer care Comp. No-173270 dt.13-06-09 time morning 8.00 am to their customer care executive, service engineer Mr. Sanjay Nath came same day an checked the machine found some connector was loose after beating it through hand the fridge started working, but after an hour it stopped again,
                                      Again called to CCE Mr. Deepak assured that their engineer will come on sunday and again called on monday evening CCE Mr. Jitendra assured that the same service will come on tuesday .

                                      Now shall request you to expedite, as I am suffering for ulcer and doctors had advised me to take chilled water/milk etc .

                                      i have a godrej refrigerator. it was bought in 2006. 4 months ago there was a cooling problem. then i contacted your service centre at Kottarakara, Kerala. i had paid 3050 rs . they didn giv us the receipt and warranty card. two weeks ago same problem came again. now they are showing a bill of 1850 rs. am in dobt that some of the technicians had cheated us. please enquire about this..

                                      i complaint from the day beginning itself first one technician came and he says no problem in refrigerator he adjusted the thermostat to low after that also the problem not solved again i compliant another technician came and he adjusted the thermostat to high but the problem not solved now i complained 10 days before no one came till now daily am calling the call center[protected] there is no proper response. any one can help what can i do, i need my money back i am so frustration with godrej service how can i solve this problem can i go to consumer court what is the procedure for that please give me some suggestions.
