[Resolved] Godrej Refrigerator — gas leak and burnt smell; no cooling | |||
hello.. exactly after 11 months of purchase of godrej refrigerator model:gde:19b2/2010; capacity 183hs, it started burnt smell from it. same time there was no cooling effect. we had given complaint, for which service center people responded late. once they came they took fridge got us back after 3 days with a bill amount of 2,380 ( which was supposed to be free service). with in a week, again same problem. this time they responded soon because it was a blunder by them again, they had not welded properply, for which again gas leak. they kept fridge for 5 days and returned it, saying that it will never have a problem. exactly after 15 days, same burnt smell, no cooling. when we call them, they are telling to give an online complaint. they will see that later.. this is the condition... the wwwwwoooooooooorssssssssssst service..... Godrej Refrigerator — Not cooling and leakage
Inspite of call lock on 04/11/2011 no engineer is attened the complaint. I have spoke to Senior Executive, Bharat/Deepak but no resoluation. I have purchased regfrigerators in Feb-11.
