I have bought a Godrej Refrigerator on may 2010 with a warranty of 4 years. Now we have a problem in compressor for which we have raised a compliant to Godrej customer support 10 days before.
Customer support people had informed that, they had assigned a service engineer to look into the problem. But till now no one attended the problem.
Why the company has to write as good customer service in their mannual. Customer services are till we purchase the product. Once we purchased from them then we have to run after them for all the problems. They will not give te support and that too in the warranty periods. I don't know why the product companies are having the warranty for their product. Was this information helpful? |
