[Resolved]  Godrej split ac — non working, in warranty

Sir, very unpleasantly it is to complain that I lodge a complaint regarding non working of my slit AC on 18 August,2012. But till taday ic 25th August and after pasing 8 days it has not been attended inspite of several reminder at toll free call center at Delhi [protected] and Local mechanic in charge at Allahabad Mr. Kaushelesh.at his personal cell no.[protected]. It is taken as gross overlooking of customer affair after sales from Godrej. My children are bearing the hot humid weather for the last 8 days and has fallen ill. Why not a court case be filed in consumer court demanding compensation. This split AC i have bought last year in the month of September, 9 from Batra's Electronic Cottage Allahabad.
