[Resolved]  Godrej /Washing Machine — selling defective product

i purchased a godrej fully automatic washing machine in the godrej product exchange scheme in the month of july 2010..on Oct 25th the motor of the washing machine was burnt out so i complained the customer care..who replaced the motor after 20 days(very long duration) on 15th november 2010..then on 17th nov the washing machine was again dead..this time after complaint was lodged on 19th nov nobody showed up..
but they registered a faulty PCB for my washing machine(how come???)..today is 1st dec and nobody has shown up...when i tried the area manager he never picked up the phone...

i want to lodge a complaint against the company for selling defective products to the consumers and then never shows up...
